Just wanted to get some feedback on what you all thought about providers that chose to go under the knife.
Been considering it for about a year but wanted a little feedback.

I can see why some people feel strongly about it, but honestly, as long as the provider is very willing and skilled, having a perfect body is not a big deal.

If it makes you feel better, then it is worth it.

there is a reason why in slang we sometimes refer to plastic tits as "Bolt ons" - cause they look as if they were bolted on - and are not really flesh and blood (well- come to think of it - they aren't!).  But I like boobs that feel like boobs, they give a little, they sag a little and they are soft and squishy... not hard and resiliant.

So, if a woman has nicely shaped tits that only have a slight sag they shouldn't worry about it? Even if they are only say, a B cup?

I always prefer natural, no matter how small the breasts.  However, one of my favorite providers went under the knife, before I met her, but her size is still pretty modest so that's fine.  Besides there are other things about her that I tend to concentrate on.

When the breasts are highly pronounced, like some porn stars, I find it a turn-off.

I believe I'm in the minority though.

you can't beat the natural. Implants don't look and feel as good as natural boobs no matter how small they are.

Responses to this type of question may depend to a degree on the age of the guy.  I am AARP-qualified.  Having been married with children, I am familiar with what happens to breasts after nursing.  

I prefer natural, no matter how much breasts indicate a woman's travels down the road of life.  In fact, it is more than "prefer"; I avoid seeing women with add-ons.

I'll be honest in that I prefer large breasted women (at least C, D or DD is better).  That just me.  Having said that I would see a provider who had the athletic/slim/swimmer/runner look if I found the rest of her attractive.

You were vague about what procedures you wanted done.  Most of us assumed it was gilding the lily of the breast.  If you are talking face lift, Ugly tatoo erradication or something else thing there may be other points of view.
 One provider I know got some special breast job where the added substance was beneath the muscle.  Personally I prefer a C cup.  Maybe a D but not really much larger.  I know that many guys like  DD or more so that may be your best market.
 Face lift.  Needs to be done well, not so tight that it looks like the pony tail rubber band is stuck.
 Most of all if it will make you feel more attractive and you get an experience pro then it will probably be a plus.  But there are people out there that we know of who have become addicted to sculpting their bodies and after a while it looks tragic.

The nipples are what turns me on... something seems to happen to them after implants... they don't seem the same...  natural tits  big or smaller, with nipples that stand are awesome!!!

Yes bigger fake breasts will get you more looks, no doubt.  
BUT....I hate the feel and can ALWAYS tell, I would much rather have a real small breast than a fake "perfect" breast.  It feels like a bag under the skin.  One of the nice things about women is the breast, and I preferentially seek 'non-enhanced- women, cuz I hate the fake fell, and love the natural.

To me, the only reason to get your breasts done, is if you are one of the rare women who have 100,000 miles on their breasts and they have that deflated look, like they were once more full and through breastfeeding or whatever, they are poc-marked and deflated.

Stay natural, little and real is MUCH MUCH better than large and fake.

I was talking breast, no need for a face lift or anything like that. DD would not be my cup of tea! I'm a very petite provider, anything that large would knock me over!

Maybe should come see me when I come back from my tour in Jersey!

I've heard gals talk about dicks... curved vs. straight... short vs. thick, long vs thin.... straight out - vs. and upward angle... etc...

So gals feel free to post your preference on our anatomical sites of interest! lol!

Just had my upper and lower eyes done in China for $425. They look great.

My ATF has nice B's I would guess.  If they sag a lot, maybe consider a lift with a little enhancement? If just a little, like most b's I love it.  I heard a while back that the more natural feeling implants are back and much improved.   Some guys are obsessed with it, but I am more about overall appearance, cleanliness and personality/intelligence.

I also think natural is best, no matter if small.

I think it's sad for a woman to do plastic surgery because she feels under pressure to appeal to men more.  From looking at some of these posts, it actually turns quite a few men off.

In more than one post, I've brought up how porn star Sunrise Adams started in the business with beautiful natural breasts.  Then she got "enhancements" unnecessarily and now her breasts look bizarre.

I often think that women with DD breasts look very uncomfortable.  That must be hell on your back with the counter weight pulling you down.  I also wonder what life is like when such triumphant assets lead to every man talking to your chest.
