I beg to differ, somewhat -

1 -  if all you wanted was a face and body,  you might as well have a one of those fancy fuck dolls.  It's not *just* her face and body that is valuable, it is her willingness, her enthusiasm, and her skill.....

2 -  I kind of get where you are coming from here -   but you are missing the biggest point -  you look at a woman and think she's "hot" -  what you are not taking into account is that she:

may have poor self esteem  (very likely actually)

or

may be evaluating the company she keeps on another basis besides appearance - she might be a lot less shallow than the one who observes the mis-match - on this we agree....

3 -   it is true that there is a certain kind of over confidence -  which actually is a deep rooted insecurity so strong that the person cannot allow themselves to see and evaluate themselves realistically -  which often results in a lack of learning and growth and a lack of actual ability in whatever content domain

However -

healthy confidence  in a man of experience - confidence which has been *earned* - is as much an aphrodisiac to many women as it is a threat and a turn off to many men.....

1. I'm not getting it when escorts talk about how valuable their time is. Their time isn't what's of value. Rather, it's their bodies that are of value. Now, the President's time is valuable. The time of a great heart surgeon is valuable, because instead of jerking around, he could be saving lives. A social worker's time is valuable.
If it was just the body that was valuable, I'd get a RealDoll (or a Fleshlight).

The body (as erotic uses goes) is as much a tool as any scalpel, even a great body is only amazing when wielded by an expert.  That's why they charge, and most of us pay, by the hour.  Their time *is* as valuable as anyone with a skill who charges by the hour.

Honestly of the three people you list - President, Heart Surgeon, Social Worker - I'd rather spend my free time with most escorts than any of them.  Certainly escorts provide more real help to people than official "Social Workers".  Escorts are right up there with Bartenders as people that provide valuable social services that are little acknowledged.
2. I hate it when guys look at hot girls who are with jerks or cheesy guys and say, why is she with him? As if she is making a poor choice.
It's not that she is making a poor choice )no-one cares) it's that she's sadly unavailable.  Also probably a bit of a subconscious annoyance that jerkery is being rewarded.
   
3. I also hate it when women talk about how it is sexy and important for a man to have confidence. Some of the most execrable human beings I've met have an overabundance of confidence.
But none of that means the confidence is not sexy, and in fact your point may be perfectly correct while the women may also be right which is why we see point (2) in action.  Finding that annoying is counter-productive, realize the truth in it and move on

Many women I have met in NYC and elsewhere...

Are very intelligent, very busy women. They are talented musicians, hardworking students, devoted parents, or are putting their hearts and souls into other enterprises....when they are not seeing clients, writing ads, replying to emails, screening, working out, etc.

Most of my clients are very successful men...they work hard and deserve a little indulgence once in a while.They have families, they travel, they partake in cultural events, and sometimes, they even manage to be quite accomplished in a sport or other field.

there are three distinct things at play here

arrogance -   expressed by someone who  feels that they have to runs someone else down or act superior in order to elevate their own importance  - these people always have their sycophants but anyone with good boundaries and self worth can see through them

false confidence -  where someone is so deeply insecure that they can't face it and cover it with a veneer of confidence - often these people suffer a lack of achievement because they can't deal with failure or learn lessons -  these often wind up trying to exert leadership or control but are always a disaster if they gain any power

earned confidence - the confidence that comes from experience, facing and overcoming challenges,  achievement and self reliance -

The latter is a powerful aphrodisiac for women, and generally causes a lot of anxiety and irritation to men -   whether it is expressed by a man or a woman
