The sites that are pure advertising of service, eros, lovings, slixa, etc., have not shutdown or changed.

The sites that are/were a hybrid of advertising, reviews, forums, etc., have either shutdown or eliminated US advertisers or blocked access from the US.

Why haven't the first type shutdown?

Because the review sites are much more explicit then purely ad sites?

The oldest profession will morph to new places and everyone will find them.  Some ladies will have no choice to take it to the street and be at much higher risk.  The child porn and sex trafficking has probably already moved to the completely untraceable dark web making it impossible to now find the people they are trying to stop.

I agree.  I have seen the hobby evolve over several years.  Every time civic officials crack down on type of hobby activity, another pops up to fill the need.  As long as men have money and testosterone, the hobby will exist.
By pushing it all underground those exploiting underage girls will find more demand and more incentive to bring more girls into the business.

BP was the only major advertiser that required no ID to check the legal age of the escort.

Trump still hasn't signed sesta, so the BP deal was under previous law. It's possible BP was taken down for previous actions and not their current format.
