I bet you think, from the subject, that I'm a guy.  But, I'm not - I'm a mature semi-retired provider, who would like to do more, but what happened to the urges/ feelings/ squirting from 10 - 12 years ago.  My doctor doesn't believe in HRT due to my family history of high blood pressure, but did give me a hormone cream to use 2x a week.  I don't think it's helping AND since I received an email from the site (thank you) saying I hadn't been on here for a while, I thought I'd post this query.  What can I do to get "it" back?  I've only been with 1 client in the past year and I like him and he's good, but it's not how it used to be.  Any ideas?  Younger men?  Get drunk?  I don't think that will bring back my squirting/ gushing, will it?  Ok - enough for now.  I hope I have this in the right place.  Please don't chastise me, if I haven't and I don't know if I should check "provider ad" or not because I'm not really advertising.  Thanks and Happy Holidays!

I don't have a web site anymore, but I'm around.

When I first started as a provider, I was super nervous every single appointment, and it dried me up despite many of the clients being excellent lovers. I tried this stuff, and it definitely helped with dryness and increased my libido enough to make feel less nervous (too horny to be pussyfooting around from nervousness)

As for younger men. Can you keep up with us fkkers? I think Jake from State Farm is more your type so maybe start back there with training wheels before you want to get real.

Seeing only one client in last year, coupled with your age, will make you a hit on the Over 60 Bored. They really love low volume over there so hit those old geezers up.

From me and all the people at JDU, I want to wish you and yours the finest holiday season. However, I do force my employees to say Merry Christmas!

Mazel Tov!

We ceased paying them as employees last year.

Everyone is now an independent contractor.  That's saved us a ton of money.

Next you'll forget the PIN on the door key pads!

JD aint getting no IRS audit with your bogus mis-classification of my "employees."

Have you found gainful employment since I fired you and Bog Sugar's asses?

Not only haven't you changed CPA firms, but you've increased their retainers.

As for my good friend Bob, he's busy archiving t-shirts and some worn panties.

My libido drops occasionally, typically because I just need a change in scenery. Think of some of your fetishes, maybe some stuff you never got to try.... Not fetishes you necessarily will want to advertise to do in the hobby, but stuff to try in your personal life . Here's some fun ones right off the top of my head:

- Threesomes (MFM is a fun change in scenery).
- Dating a younger man (college aged).
- Bondage (Shibari, suspension, ect).
- Make an amateur porn (Try something different, maybe a female POV?)
- Practice cuckolding
- Go to a swingers club (If you're in Atlanta, try Trapeze or The Loft).
- Checkout some new toys online (The unknown is fun. Be the first to write a review for them).

Hope maybe this helped... I'm more into BDSM in my personal life, so most of my fetishes are geared more so in the "kink" direction lol. You can email me if you want to talk more about it

1. Do you currently take any antidepressants? These destroyed my libido at one point and I had to stop them anyway since they weren't helping my anxiety issues I had at the time.

2. Are you going through anything particularly stressful? No need to elaborate, just saying this can also cause loss of libido.

You could try masturbating more often. Buy some fun new toys, lubes, sexy lingerie etc.. Working out and a healthy diet should help a bit as well, as you'll get some stamina back. Good luck babe!!!

Xoxoxo,

Jordanna

Edit: the drug Wellbutrin is also known to make people super horny. I would ask your doctor about it if you haven't tried it. ;)

Diet and exercise is paramount for a high Libido.  Hormone changes can effect Libido as well as medications. Personally,  I think a little bud increase a woman's Libido but not legal in most places.
You can Google foods to increase your sexy drive too 😚
Hope you find your MOJO babe πŸ˜†

I take care of older people. Post menopausal or those approaching menopause have high rates of sexual dysfunction and dissatisfaction. On the other hand, I take care of a number of 80+ year old newly weds who seem to be having a teen age sex life so there is hope.
Things that interfere with good sex include: certain medications, lack of exciting partner, but above all: changing hormone levels.
Effects of this like vaginal dryness can be over come with local hormones, but to return to the days of fantasies and excitement one would have to restore a number of hormines. These include estrogens but one often ignored player is the male hormone testosterone. Women produce testosterone and when these levels drop sexual thoughts and fantasies fade, There are other hormone like leutenizing hormone that also play a role.
The problem is that careful studies to understand the exact role and levels needed are rare since women don't often show up complaining about lack of interest the way men do complaining of erectile dysfunction.
I really have been thinking of focusing on this problem.
Some things that would help as everyone has said is good heath (exercise and good diet and refraint from tobacco.) good partner, a trail of marijuana, and the ability to focus on what you would want what fantasy what situations would most appeal to you.
And not least, finding a good physician who take the problems seriously and may be willing to try combinations of estrogen with small amount of testosterone etc.
It must be hard for a provider to think of sex in terms of her needs above all, but you have the right to think that way now
