I cannot believe anyone would need to ask this. All suggestions apply. Cash is King, easy to add to envelope, if thats your thing. Same for gift card, put in envelope.  

But I am thinking you want to impress her. So the best choice is to take a shower, tape it to your dick when you come out... Or wrap the 100 note around it, what the fuck ever.

My choice is to slip the gift card to her as your giving her another DFK as youre leaving and slip it to her then blink, say Merry Christmas Baby, and thanks. Thats what I'm doing.

I'm going to have first meeting with this one provider tomorrow and i want to gave her gift card.
Should i hand her the gift card before or after and should leave it on a spot without telling her?

If there's a piece of plastic in the envelope BEFORE things begin, how is she going to know if there is actually a balance on the card. ("It's a $100 card. I used some of it. You can have what's left. $3.45.")

If you give it to her afterwards, she will go online after you are gone and find out the balance ... assuming no gift card scammers have wiped it clean.

What if she doesn't like your GC choice and has no use for $100 worth of Omaha Steaks?

Why not just stick to cash. It's hard to scam, it doesn't expire, it speaks loudly, and is good for anything she wants to buy.

is a one-time event, then put it in the card.  If you want her to think you're a tipper, then put it in the envelope, but then she will expect tipping on the repeats as well, but that's not such a bad thing, because there are often benefits to being a known tipper, like scheduling priority, overtime if her schedule permits on occasion, and OTC time for lunch or dinner once you're established.

First, gift cards are a nice way to separate the business/donation and/or tip from a GIFT. A lot of providers list their favorite retailers, whether it's Starbucks, Victoria's Secret or Petco.

 
For a new girl, I've placed the gift card as well as a box of chocolates in a gift bag and presented it upon meeting her.  

 
For one I've known for a while and just want to surprise, I add it to the donation envelope.

 
I've also sent an e-gift card to a favorite touring provider's email after she had come to my town, but I couldn't see her for various reasons.  She definitely remembered the next time she was in town.  

 
Whichever way you choose, it won't be wrong.

KISS stands for "Keep It Simple Stupid". The best way to hand anyone a gift card to someone that you are face to face with is to, well hand it to them. A card to go with it can be a nice touch though.
