What would you ladies do if you found out you were pregnant by a hobbyist?

Good point. I would figure she would go talk to which ever one broke the condom, and then go get tested. Beyond that, it would be hard to tell unless she was low volume. If she knew she got pregnant around a certain time frame, she could narrow it down.

I know because a SO and I tried to get pregnant. But if it did happen, I would most likely keep it. Like others said, whether or not I raise on my own would depend. But I am at a point in my life where a baby would be okay for me, but this is totally hypothetical because I definitely am on BC and ALWAYS use cond.

I support a woman's right to choose, and an individual's decision, but if it were me, well, I loved being pregnant, I love babies, I love children.  But I can't have any more, so it is a non-issue.

Look at the responses of the men on this thread.

...what earthly reason can someone think of for why they should not take responsibility for their own child?  I cannot think of a good one.   Of course the converse is far better - namely, I WANT to take responsibility for my child.

If I can STOP the formation of a fetus that's one thing...would never abort an innocent child because I and someone else fked up. I doubt I would ever get pregnant, because I use 3 forms of BC as it stands. A guy getting through all that, would have to be fkin superman.

it's pretty much up to the woman what she wants to do with her body. I would prefer to see her carry to term for adoption. I good home with parents looking for a baby to raise from birth would give the child a great chance at a good life. Especially since s/he would be attractive and extremely intelligent.
