I submitted a problem report today, and it was approved in probably less than 10 minutes. WOW, it usually takes some days for them to be approved. Needless to say, I was shocked.
TER is far from perfect but every report that I submit is fixed in less than 3 hours, 24/7 (even on Labor Day). The customer service part is GREAT! I don't know how fast the turnover is as I don't really check hourly. Kisses, Katie
