They have learned that if they are busted, they will be asked by LE if they are trafficked and they say yes, their status instantly changes from criminal to victim. I don't know about other jurisdictions, but since California is a sanctuary state, its catch and release for hookers claiming to be trafficked. The media gets a juicy sex story, the police come off as liberators, and a "poor" Asian girl is "freed from sex slavery" so she can go to work the next day at another location.
I have had a number of real life relationships with Asian providers, and they are about as far from "slaves" as you can get, . . . . . unless they are in the mood for a little kink and want to be tied up. Then, yeah, they are MY "slave." Lol
Most in California have their own cars, and some even own real estate instead of renting their residence. The ones I see do not usually work where they live. Their residence is their "resting place." The average net income is most often between $150,000 to $200,000 a year, which gives them a pretty decent lifestyle.

Sometimes by the agency who once protected her and who she worked for or by someone affiliated with that agency. And by their nature, they're afraid and therefore are very vulnerable to this.They end up going along because they want "No Trouble".

The traffickers promise Central American women domestic jobs in the US working for families in US homes, but they end up in agricultural areas working out of trailers behind Hispanic dive bars servicing farm workers. Not really the American dream they were expecting.

You have your FOB Chinese, you know who I'm talking about, the SG,IE girls. I think if there's any "trafficking going on, it wouldn't surprise me if it was that group. Then you have your K-Girls, different group. This is the group where it'll be rare if there's any "trafficating" going on. But this is the group that would be more prone to being extorted, as they tend to strive to be indie. And they're savvy to the market and they know in and out..they are smarter in that regard.
of Chinese girls being trafficked, it was in the Bay Area about 6-7 years ago. I think word has sufficiently spread back to China and the girls that were susceptible to this know what to watch out for.
However, I disagree with your assertion that Kgirls are more prone to being extorted. Most agencies do not even know the real names of the Kgirls, and Kgirls can shoot new photos for $500-$1500, depending on how extravagant they want to be, and can change their working name at will. I've sessioned with many girls that have gone indie, and have never heard a single story about a prior org turning on them. If you think about it, its a Mexican standoff. The org may know about the girl, but the girls also know stuff about the orgs, like who the REAL owners are, not just who the bookers are. If anything, its the orgs that should be worried. It would be a dangerous game for an Org to try to extort a Kgirl. The girl can retaliate and the org will be out $30-50,000 to move all of their incalls to other locations. In fact, most of the girls who have gone complete indie still use a booker, and its often a booker they have worked with at an agency. I have known a few that tried to do their own screening and ended up getting busted by LE, so most will still use a booker and pay the booker fee.
When you say "Most agencies do not even know the real names of the Kgirls", that's interesting in that these agencies will hole up a girl on the westside of LA, for 10-12 hrs a day, 4-5 days a week, where rents could be anywhere from 3-4k and the apt are pretty nice, and not know their names of the girls, only their working names, Pink, Blue or Star?? Not buying that. These agencies and or the booker befriends these ladies and know more about them then what you may think. And like I said, these girls aren't going to roll over on an agency, they just don't want the hassle.

Now there are about four times in SoCal compared to what we had 10 years ago. How long ago were these two examples? I just had a girlfriend recently that woke up next to me, called her booker and said she would not make it in that day. I asked her what was she going to do. She said, stay at home with me. I said, what if the booker shows up here and knocks on your door. She said nobody where she works knows her legal name or where she lives, not even the other girls. This is what I have been hearing from the other girls for several years. There will always be outliers. I'm just telling you the prevailing practices. Like I said before, I don't know of a single girls who has been given trouble by an org she used to work at. There's probably more to the story than what you know about it. Maybe she stole from them or owes them money. That would make them an outlier. Most orgs will not "float" a girl financially. They pay daily or every other day, depending on the org.

I've noticed a few of the girls going from booker to booker or using two or three bookers at the same time. Are they using different bookers from the same org? It seems they move without any trouble, like I'm your booker and you work with me, doesn't come into play. When they leave a booker for a new one, I would think if the bookers are with the same org the booker would give you the new number to text. I've been told, they are gone and don't know if they will return. The girls seem pretty independent to me.

Even though the don't speak good enough English to check references and do their own booking, the top girls have found out that they can get more business by having more than one booker. Each booker has a certain number of proprietary clients that she won't get access to from other bookers. A lot of guys will stick with one booker so they get VIP treatment. As long as the org keeps a supply of new girls rotating through, there is no need to go elsewhere. Lack of sufficient variety is most often what drives customers to get approved with multiple orgs.
