She was always willing to offer a rational explanation for my curtailed misdemeanors over the years, and she was never rude or offensive in her PMs to me. She moderates more or less seamlessly, and does not appear to have a hidden agenda behind her quiet actions. (Unlike some of the others.) She is the United Nations quality of supervision on her respective boards. Give the gal a raise.

Always keep the flames/drama to a minimum on our board. Will pull a thread in heartbeat if he see its getting out of control.

I also like thirsty because he gives you just enough rope to hang yourself..lol

Mind you I am partial to the NY and Boston boards so that may play a role in my choice. But there are other reasons.

He takes control when needed and let's it ride otherwise. I'd say he is pretty balanced in his approach and doesn't mind scolding the school bus when the kids get out of line. Otherwise he let's us get into just enough trouble but not too much so as to ruin it for everybody else. :)
