1) Your regulars, if they knew you suffered from hemorrhoids and that Greek was irritating and painful, would not press for it. If they are your regulars, they see you because they like you. As such, they would not want to inflict pain.
2) The risk is there that Greek would cause enough inflammation to cause bleeding. I am sure that the guy would be a little uncomfortable when he pulled out if the condom was red from blood.
3). Greek is risky even with protection. Condoms do fail. With hemorrhoids the risk is greater.
4). As someone else stated, anyone who paid an additional 500 to 1000 for Greek, would want to be sure and get their money's worth. In other words, they will want to spend the whole appointment doing Greek.
If you are worried about losing clients over this, offering it at 500 or 1000 will not do anything to keep your clients. Rather, if they have their heart set on it, they will find someone who offers it for a more modest donation and whose reviews reflect the fact that they enjoy it.
