The bigger illusion is the "stud like" performance everyone writes about in the reviews. "I pounded her for 40 minutes" or "we did it nonstop for the full hour" or whatever.  Most of the providers laugh about these comments saying the guys they see typically lose it in the first few minutes of a BJ and rarely last more than 5-10 minutes or so with FS.  And size, well, that's another story...

I had a 2 hour appt., who was a first time client today, who I had to fake an orgasm with him. I share your skepticism about many of the reviews and have been told "the real story" about some reviews by the other party a number of times.

From my experience, there are some signs of success that can not be faked.

Pretty good indicators are the sudden "don't touch sensitivity" of the clit and clenching abs, but ...  

... the one fake-proof sign I try to achieve is that lovely crimson flush that spreads downward from the face and neck, down the chest and further below.  Never met a woman yet that can do that on command. That's the kind of glow I look for.

While I agree that many reviews may be a bit over the top with the scenarios that a lady climaxes in (I would think an orgasm in reverse cowgirl is infrequent), I don't necessarily think that it is as infrequent as you imply...depending on the provider.  Most of the ladies I meet I state up front to that I don't want my ego stroked.  I also make a point to get to know them a little better so that they believe me that it isn't necessary for my appreciation of being with them.  
As such, when they have done it, I had no reason to doubt that it was real.  Some have done it while stimulating themselves.  Some have done it one encounter, but not on other encounters.  Some have done it when it was way past when they could have believably faked it (and when I was almost ready to pass out! .  Some have done it so lightly that it wouldn't have done much for the ego if it had been faked.  Maybe they all are faking it...or maybe I am just dating the right ladies.

But guys are often so intent on getting off themselves that they  think the woman feels the same way.  Providers are thinking first and foremost about getting him to come back (assuming he is an acceptable client).  As far as getting herself off, she can do that on her own.  The main reason for working on making it happen with a client is to make it a good experience for him so he will be a repeat customer.

Infrequent and hard to tell if they are real during FS. Much easier to tell during DATY.

Many experienced guys can usually tell the difference.

I have also found that the ladies who don't have real orgasms will swear that the ones who do are faking it. The ones who do have real ones can't understand why the others would rather fake it.

The first time with a specific lady can lead to "faking" it but as youy get to her more often and you become comfortable with each other, it becomes much better and the orgasams come around naturally.

On lady in particular I have seen was not easy to get to orgasam early on but as we saw each other more and became closer and more comfortable with each other, she would let go with some "head busting, full body quaking" orgasams that can't be faked.

Thats one reason why I see a few special ladies as opposed to sampling the many, being familiar and comfortable leads to much better results.

there are some physiological phenomena that cannot be faked.  If you spot those during an encounter, you're probably doing the right thing.  If you're not, that's too bad but not the end of the world.  If a provider wants me to do whatever it takes to get her to an O, I am happy to be directed.  If she does not but can still take some pleasure from our encounter, I can live with that too.

This topic seems to replay every so often.  Of course a lot of the reviews are over the top.  The lady can have a good time even if she does not orgasm.  You might even have a good time despite the fact that you did not orgasm.  Some ladies fake orgasms often and other ladies do not.  Some ladies seldom have orgasms and other ladies have them frequently.  If you are the first person the lady has seen in a week she might be more likely to orgasm than if you are the fourth client that day.  Some guys are better at DATY than other guys but even among that group one lady may think you are the best in the world and another may think you are an absolute dud.

I take most of the reviews with a grain of salt.  It is just with some reviews I need the whole salt shaker.
