If so, likely yes.

If not the same e-mail, it means a lot less.  Women put phone numbers in "men's names" for safety reasons.  No one does a DNA check to allocate e-mail addresses.

That said, it doesn't help their business for just this reason.  And yes, many "independents" are not.

It might be for your safety in case your wife or s/o got ahold of your email and saw the man's name. If it were [email protected] then that would get you in trouble as opposed to [email protected] I can understand that.
