I can only speak for myself....

....I simply enjoy someone who is older, generally because he has usually figured out how to both enjoy being spoiled, and spoiling a woman, has learned to behave more sensuously without any drama, and still knows he can be strong (which I love in a man) and light-hearted as well!! An older man tends not to take things so seriously, and can appreciate some finer things in life-which is my style!!
It's nothing personal, just my preference and observations of men I've known!!

Same reason car rental companies will not rent to people under 25.....High risk. Don't take it personal this is only business.

You are the age when I gave up trying to get it for free from who I wanted to get it from.
So I started seeing girls. If there was somekind of early internet back in 92. I wouldn't have matter becuase I wasn't going to have a computer for another 6 years. So I started with the girls on the streets. Bad I know but I had to teach myself. Then I found girls that work from their apts. and lastly MPs. But I've only been to a few a few times. At 22 I didn't and still don't have the money yet to see high end providers. If you do good for you. But if they are dissing you. Maybe you should downgrade a little. I never felt that way with lesser girls. I guess you can and I did relate to them more. They might be younger and newer to the whole thing too. How about your situation with civies? Now by civies I did get refused and ignored by.

In my personal experience they are infamous for wanting to party, and will bring along or offer illegal substances. They want to date outside of the hobby and some are not mature enough to come in have a good time and then go on their merry way. They are nice but just difficult and unpredictable.

Im younger than you and been in this game for a couple of years. Some advice i can give is DONT MENTION AGE! dont bring it up if she doesnt. If she does then lie..big deal. Also like another fellow hobbiest mentioned is maybe downgrade a notch. Some ladies do care, some dont. As long as you're well mannered, clean, respectful, and know how to play the game you should be fine.
