I think generally "Bolt-ons" means any type of implant, however it's evolved to mean a poorly done implant that looks like two balloons/cones/whatever stuck onto a chest.

Personally, I don't get the whole implant thing.  I'm just as into an "A" cup as I am into a "D" cup.  To each their own.

I guess this is the closest thing for women to size issues.  Should we call it "boobie envy?"

Wow, that illustration says it all...according to urban dictionary, all fake breasts could be called  "bolt-ons". But you may have convinced me otherwise...

That's a rather harsh term for breast implants.
