Hot natural blonde, naturally large breasts, in her early 20's, advertised as GFE [of course], reasonable rates - seemingly a great deal.

She looked just like her pics and always got high numbers for her looks.  But her performance reviews were really inconsistent, and she kept getting business!  Most reviews were complaints about her obvious lack of interest in the session.  But the reviews kept pouring in.  I haven't heard anything from her in a couple of months so I guess the fellas wised up.

I was reading part of a review on a lady in the Toronto section (I could not read the 2nd part as I am not a VIP)...

Anyway the gentleman rated her a 2 or 3, and in his initial review, stated the photos on her site were spectacular, but she was not by far, when she arrived at the door, the same as the photos.....

(as I could not read the rest of the review, dont know if he kept her there or not)

SOOOOOOOOOO

My question:

IF she wasnt who you asked, arrives to your hotel and 100% not the person you viewed, then would you let her stay/continue with the appt?

I always wonder why gentleman go on with the appt., yet if the lady isn't the person you saw in photos....why not give her cab fare and send her on their way?

AND

Why is it, in some reviews, you see about 4 reviews with a 3, 4 or 5, yet men are still seeing that lady?......why would men read a review that was absolutely horrid and say to themselves "gee I need some of that!".......

Makes no sense!

ps....for inquiry minds, yes tis' I in all my photos as I take my own :)......MEOW!

I, like most guys think with our little heads. if we didn't we wouldn't be married with no kids and very few bills. Women are the reason men do everything. if a man shows up with his libido chances are he will use it.
I personally have only had one instance where the pics were so far off that i thought i might have the wrong room. the session still happened but not with the same itinerary as originally planned.

Also, when a hobbyist sees a bad review they look at it from multiple angles. how attractive, services provided, pops, time, location and especially $$$.
we weigh the pros and cons, and then decide. or we just see a good pic and can't help but make the call.

We always have and we always will be powerless to our.........

ax

I had a similar situation in Phoenix, except that this girl, although not the one in the pictures,  was really hot. Here's one that I should have sent on her merry way. It was my first lesson in upselling. By the time she left, I was $600 poorer and still pretty horny. All of this took about a half hour. Given the same circumstances again, I think I would opt to send her away. And I agree, and have never understood the fourth or fifth guy in a line of horrible reviews. If nobody had a good time, what the hell are you doing with that phone in your hand??? Wake up, gentlemen. These reviews are here for a reason.

I've had something similar happen, and because I was new to the hobby, with no references, hence using personal information, I was concerned that the agency could cause trouble for me if I did walk out.

In regards to your question a lot of providers would demand a cancellation fee in addition to their cab fare if you cancelled upon their arrival.

One would then have to negotiate a cancellation fee. I think a cancellation fee would be something reasonable to offer the provider if they look different from the photos.

The review I believe your referring to is the first review for the provider so the hobbyist had no way of knowing she looked different from the pictures.

Not every hobbyist knows about Ter or they find out about Ter later; thats where a lot of cases happen where guys see the ladys that recieve low scores in their reviews. In addition there are some Ter hobbyists that don't bother to check the ladys reviews before an appointment.

The majority of Ter hobbyists do a lot of research before they see a provider; this is a lot easier to do if your a VIP member.

Why would you offer a cancellation fee?  If an agency agreed to send you x and you received y and y did not meet your expectation, why is it reasonable to negotiate a cancellation fee?  Not trying to be argumentative but, trying to understand the reasoning and rationale. I not yet used an agency so not had the experience.  I am not sure of the relationships or agreements with agencies. Does the proivder pick up the transportation costs or does the agency?  If you called the agency and told them the wrong person was sent, what usually does it do?

I refuse to give a penny to an obvious B&S. I you let ripoff agencies and providers get away with it, you are encouraging that type of behavior.

I agree with Jamie, it amazes me how a provider gets multiple bad reviews by experienced reviewers. You would think that after one or two bad reviews, only hobbyists that aren't TER members would continue to be taken in, maybe it's the optimist in some guys? they hope against hope that that hottie in the picture is going to show up even though three guys before him have tryed to put out the warning. Oh well, likw PT Barnum said..."there's one born every minute"

However, speeding away in your car from your appointment is not always that simple.

Whether this story is accurate or not a provider demanding a cancellation fee is something that may occur and everyone should be prepared to deal with.

It's not clear what happened.  From what I could piece together he got as far as meeting her, felt he might be getting set up by LE and started to walk away.  He doesn't give any reasons why he might have felt this way so I think it was a hunch.  He also accuses her of being a man-hater and control freak so who knows what really happened here?

No one should walk into a situation he's uncomfortable with, but what if he was wrong?  Is he obligated to pay her something?  How does he do that?  If he's right and it is a sting, even a partial donation, will nail him.

There are definitely agencies out there who prey on guys who don't know the difference or what to expect and who don't realize that these 50 ads or so are all b.s. from the same agency just trying to make a buck and rob them. Hell, look at all the rip offs listed on ter. Odds are that many of these weren't the result of some girl advertising, but some agency taking out multiple ads and sending girls out to collect their dough by any means necessary.

Some guys don't know about ter, don't realize the community exists and don't know any other way. Others who are ter savvy may occasionally toftt or make a simple mistake in contacting the wrong girl or forgetting to check ter based upon the sweet nothings these agencies say over the phone...

It's these lessons I try to take to heart when online shopping. It's a rough world out there for consumers... ;)

That is still a matter of debate here.  If the physical change is radical, I would definitely consider it false advertising.  It's close to B&S but I don't reward deception, even a little.

I will offer a cancellation fee if it's a matter of no chemistry or if the pics are close, but she just doesn't do it for me.If it's a matter of B&S or if I feel that she is intentionally trying to misreprsent herself, I'm with you, I don't reward bad behavior, not even a little.

When I was greener and much less aware of B&S I probably could have been lead along that garden path, but no more.  If she can't even be honest with her pics, WTH would I think it would get any better?

As for your second question, I haven't the slightest idea, LOL.

For making appointments with providers who have stinking reviews: I think gents will sometimes either gamble that a she will have a "breakthrough" appointment, especially if she looks good and has a very reasonable gift level. Or, the guys didn't read the reviews of her first, though they then wrote a review. Strange but true.

If it's clearly not the same person, a B&S, then you have no obligation to go through with the appointment, and should feel no guilt about walking away.  There is still a debate whether it is a B&S if it IS the same person, but the photos are misleading [heavily Photoshopped, she has since gained a lot of weight, now has visible tattoos, etc.,].  In that case, I might pay the lady something [not the full amount] for her time, and still walk away if I feel her appearance or demeanor are unacceptable.

As for the low ratings, are you referring to looks, performance or both?  Some guys see women who are not great looking if they have great personalities and provide great service.  This is pretty rare.  More often guys will see a total hottie with bad performance reviews for one simple reason - she's hot looking.  My feeling about that is that every one of those guys thinks that he is the "special" guy who is going to get a great session out of her, because all the other guys were losers.  They all learn the same expensive lesson.

Yep! The lesson that teaches you that you're not as special as you think can be painful and costly.

Hot natural blonde, naturally large breasts, in her early 20's, advertised as GFE [of course], reasonable rates - seemingly a great deal.

It's difficult to understand when there is so much good information on TER about women who are both very attractive and great in performance. I wonder if some of this attraction to high attractiveness low performance women has to do with the impulsivity of the hobbiest and an increased availability of such providers. Just wondering and trying to make sense of it all.

a lobster.  That's great because after all lobster is great.  But you ordered a steak because that's what you wanted.  Would you pay for the lobster?  Hobbyists have to stop the BS!!! We get ripped off because these agencies are SOOOOO convinced that we are a bunch of middle age guys with wives, kids, good jobs, mortages, 2 cars, etc.  and that we are afraid to death to lose all of that because of this biz.  But who is at a greater risk you or them.  Who is breaking the law.  We both are but we can hide behind wives, kids, jobs, mortgages, 2 cars, etc.  As the Lone Ranger said to 2 hippies.  Who will the cops believe me or you 2 hippies?

Don't pay cabfare, cancellation fees, or anything else.  F--- the agencies.  If some guy calls you and threatens to call your wife, job or whatever then say go ahead.  And if it happens simply get on the phone to the cops and say I believe I am the victim of identity theft.  Some escort agency has my phone number and some personal information and is verbally threatening myself and my family.
What should I do?

Yeah, i have to admit, that boggles my mind as well, it gives the "real" providers a bad rep.. Why would you let her stay, subcontiously letting her know its ok to trick guys into "picking you".. If enough guys sent them packing those providers would have no choice but to use their own pics and stop stealing other ladies pics... but at the same time if your really nice, you can give them cab fare, but really its their own fault the're being put out so your not obligated to...
