Should There Be Boundaries/Rules Set Between Hobbyists(Customers) & Providers

Between dealing with those who take the provider's(s') service as well as the stories that I've heard & Seen on billboards such as this one. I am wondering if Providers(Escorts/Companions) should set some boundaries & Rules!? And if they have, then why aren't they being enforced?!!!
Is money that important to the provider?

There is rules set between sex workers and their clients.

But they are set by each provider for the most part. Everyone has their own comfort level and things they allow and enjoy.

And then there is industry standards. Like there was a post by a guy who outed a woman gave him a break on the boards and in a review. He got slammed on the boards hard.

Maybe I am not getting the question.

yeah i'm not getting the question either. there's plenty of rules and boundaries, some universal, most set individually.

maybe the op is wondering about those clients that constantly try to push/erase those boundaries?

Slipping off the condom is a no-no. Guys try it all the time, and that is a rule that shouldn't be broken and shouldn't have to be stated. Is that what OP is talking about?

OR

Some people have boundaries/rules and some dont

This business can be dangerous sometimes so I think everyone should have some type of rules
