Do providers have permanent/consistent incall locations? like other than hotels/motels? I think if you were steady, it would be cheaper than nightly hotel stays, but safety wise? and for discretion? and what if you needed a different location (like Chicago downtown and Chicago airport/suburbs) or went on tour... How does this work for long time providers? Do they share the location with another trusted provider?

Out of five I've been to three so far that have been obvious places of residence.  (The reason I post anonymous is so people can't check my review list and guess who they might be.) One was at a rented office space, and one was at a hotel for a touring escort

I never stay in one spot.Different hotel everytime I work.Ladies who work from private residence usually stay in one spot.Do what makes you comfortable!

Did you prefer the place of residence to the hotel/office space? Does it offer a more "intimate" feeling? could you PM me if you don't want to post it here.

for me I like the flexibility. I like being able to offer an incall location that is convenient for the gentleman. I work out of the greater Chicago region, which means I can offer incall for suburbs as well as the downtown area. I get all of the benefits of a nice hotel, without any of the hassles of cleaning etc that come with maintaining an apartment.  

The anonymity and safety benefits are preferable to me also. If I am meeting with a newbie, who doesn't have any references, I can choose a hotel that requires a key card for the elevator. This gives a good reason to meet the guy in the lobby/bar and gives me a few moments to make sure that everything feels comfortable before moving to a more private setting.

I cannot lie.  The thing I like most is ... easy parking. ha ha

I'm sure many guys might be more interested in the ambiance than I.  But I'm focused like a laser beam on the provider -- also they tend to all have dimmed lighting so it's hard to see much in detail anyhow.  

B.I (before internet) I had a fave whose incall was a small efficiency in an high rise. She did not live there, so the place was set up just like a hotel room, but cozier.  It felt very private and secure, sheets were always fresh, the place was always nicely decorated with seasonal themes.  

My other favorite was a brothel that still exists at the edge of downtown, with free 3 hour parking and a doorman in the know.  Place had 3 bedrooms, and the dining area was separated from the living area, so the introductions could be make individually, and clients leaving could also be kept from running into each other.  Again, a very nice set up with beautiful views of Center City.  This type of set-up might be a very alien idea for millenials, lol.

I've seen at least 4 providers with consistent locations... three were in a condo shared with another provider... while another was in her apartment.. The one with the apartment had a massage table in the living room that she set up because she didn't want to bring the business into her bedroom she said.. (??) . The condos all were shared and were really nice.. no issues.. The one with the apartment was very nervous about noise and made me park a few blocks away and walk to her.. the others, no issue

I would like to eventually get a consistent infall location with another provider. A place downtown for the lunch break business men and early morning calls. lol This is great information. Thanks everyone.

Each lady has to weigh the positives against the negatives and decide for herself what works best.  

There are ladies who use hotels, AirBnB, work out of their homes, or keep an apartment just for incalls.  We each have to figure out the best scenario for our own needs & comfort level.  

Whether an apartment is a better ROI than a hotel depends on the average cost of each in your area and how many dates you typically need an incall  per month.  
An incall apartment would cost me less per month than my average monthly hotel expenses, but I prefer hotels.  

Some guys will NOT go to a hotel.   Other men are uncomfortable seeing ladies who work out of their homes.  

I think many guys prefer one over the other (hotel vs private residence) but aren't so particular that they to refuse to see someone because of it.  If it's a really crappy motel, and/or in a bad area, then I'd expect there'd be more who'd refuse to go there.  

As to discretion?  The larger the place (be it a hotel or an apt./condo building) the more likely frequent visitors will go unnoticed.  

There are a few ladies who have multiple incall locations in a given region, but not many.  Some will get a room in a particular area upon request (maybe for an extra fee) even if she already has a location 30min away.  
But I don't think most would routinely do so.  

Some providers rent their incall locations out to other providers when they're not going to be using it.  

Yes, some ladies do share incall locations.  I think a lot of providers who've been around awhile are leery of that, though, and there would have to be a very high level of trust going into it.

I wonder if the hotel staff has fun guessing which guests that day are providers.  I bet they guess correctly pretty often.  But unless the provider is being too obvious about it, well it is an occupancy they are getting money for,  so why rock the boat

Each has its advantages and disadvantages.  

I currently use hotels. I do think it's the best system, but if this job is *all* you want to do for the next few months or years, then you might want to look into a static place.  

When I used a residence, it actually worked great. I could see guys on short notice if it worked, but since I had a steady clientele, I could also afford to say no. (One time, a guy texted me *from the corner* and said he was there... could I see him in 15? So that's one drawback of being a little too convenient for them to visit... )

But, the high rent put a lot of pressure on me to work/perform... it was MUCH harder to say, take a class on Friday nights (I felt nervous to miss work), or go away on a road trip because I felt exhausted. I always felt like I missed SO much money when I wasn't available. Seemed like, every time I made plans or left the city, I'd get, like TEN emails. And with the rent I paid, I couldn't afford to turn that much work down.  

Using hotels, I don't have a ton of overhead, which leaves me more flexibility to be selective as to my clientele, and to refuse dates if they conflict w/class, work, or family events. I also change location every single time, which is good security in case a client decides to go berserk (one went berserk-ish a few weeks ago).

Hotels also give me more privacy. Less chance they'll see my personal belongings, or find out where I live. Less chance that a client will show up 2 hours early for his appointment (that happened to me, too). Less chance that a client will do drive-by's or walk-by's, or claim to be 'in the area' if you felt like grabbing a bit to eat. Less chance you'll have to look over your shoulder if you have to fire a client.

However, those check-in times (3PM) pretty much shut out the possibility of lunchtime dates (unless I have the room for more than one day). I never have short-notice availability, and I'm not able to develop steady drop-in clients. I'm not hard to schedule with at all, but nobody could call me and ask to 'drop in' for an hour on the way home from work... I'd have to travel to NY, book the hotel, wait to check in, get the room ready, etc

are not conducive to my preferred play time. Check in at 3:00 and out at 11:00 and some are getting even greedier; check in at 4:00 and out at 10:00 (The longer the dead time, the fewer housekeeping personnel they have to hire).

I like nooners, or sooners (did you hear that Debbie), so hotel hours are very inconvenient whether I'm renting for outcall or the provider is renting for incall.

There's definitely a large opportunity cost inherent in making yourself unavailable for lunchtime and/or last-minute appointments.

Guys love to make last-minute plans at lunch and after work, especially in a big city, where there might be several providers within a small radius.  

However, it's nice to know your schedule ahead of time, and not feel like you're always 'on call'. But I think the main thing for me, is that I don't want clients knowing where I live (with rent being what it is in NYC, I doubt I'd be able to manage two places. Maybe one in the city and one in the suburbs, but - YIKES - the bills). It's a trade-off

I was thinking the same thing here in Chicago. That's why I was thinking about Incall places with different providers in different cities. Keeps the cost of hotels down and touring prices stay in check.  

For sure gals have permanent spots. They incall from their homes etc. As a provider and one that travels, from my experience , it works wonderfully in a supplemental way, but not so great as the only way for having incalls. Having one space in one location limits your whereabouts. I have clients actually many that will not travel more than 5 miles outside of their region and understandably so because of traffic. So for me, it is easiest to tour to accommodate everyone.  
Having a set space for incalls also subjects you to neighbors etc, watching who goes in  and who leaves. Much harder to keep track of when you check in and out of hotels.

Please don't tell me you were yet another one who thought I was only available at noon or later lol......  

That's the reason I changed my name: I became aware that people mistakenly thought that was the case.  

I'm available (in a HOTEL, no less!) as early as 7:00am and occasionally earlier for special friends.

that must have been some rent you were paying...I would guess the low average hotel would be about $100/night, it doesn't take many nights I would think to erase the marginal cost of the higher rent.  After all, you have to live somewhere.  But I guess your point was the marginal cost of the rent was now a FIXED cost that you had to cover EVERY month and that caused the pressure.

Everything from a converted garage/bedroom at the back of her house to apartments both residences and rentals just for incall purposes, some shared by several providers (common in NYC) to luxury hotels to dive motels to even a mobile home/camper.  There was even a gal I knew years ago who gave bj's out of the backseat of her car.  Her incall was really an out call to wherever you wanted to meet her.

Incalls are where you make them.  The cleaner and safer they are, preferrably with a working shower/bathroom.  The better off you are.  It also makea it more likely that guys like me will repeat

It never occurred to me that people would interpret my name that way.... but the ones who did thought that was an obvious and easy conclusion to draw.  

Not a preference at all.  It had no real meaning; I just thought it was cute, different, and humorous.  

I've never told someone they had to see me at 7:00am.  I'm an early-morning person and enjoy dates at that hour when travelling, but my friends pick the time..... not I.  

Expecting OTC time plus a coffee on a first date?  My, what a considerate gentleman you are!  LOL.  

Just book a later freaking time.  Problem solved.  ;-

I did mention that I lived in NYC. So, the lowest amount I paid for rent was 2k. The highest was upwards of 4k. I spend a lot of hotels now, but nowhere near that amount.  

Maybe that also adds some perspective to the pressure I felt...
