I normally use only the Classic TER, but at least once a day I also switch to the new, mostly to check out the photo board and now "my favorites" which I can no longer view on classic.

I happened to visit the Boston Board while on the new and saw a holiday photo thread on there which was not on Classic.

Just to let other like me know about this.

It's beginning to look more and more like time's up  for Classic, alas

Classic is MUCH better where it comes to the discussion boards, but there are features that only work on the new, but not improved version of TER.

Some of those features I hardly give a fuck about, like the ability to put someone's posts on ignore, or to "like" a post. Others, like being able to see a posters reviews, are a bit more useful, but they used to work in Classic, and only recently have they necessitated switching over to the newer version to access those features.

I despise the new version! I understand ADMIN not adding new things to the Classic version but taking things away from Classic makes me SAD! :-(

To get to what I "think" is classic.  The mobile version doesn't work for me.  Classic seems so much... more.

"New" TER has now been around now for several years, and it should come as no surprise that the "Classic" version is not supported by the tech staff at TER to the same extent as so-called "New".   I adapted early, and had a say in rectifying problems.  

What are you going to do when this site is next updated?  I would expect this sooner rather than later. Four years since the last major update....
