I always wonder why there are so many incall places in Manhattan, easy to find, without any rumor about LE issues. Is it that LE is intentionally allowing them to operate? If so why? How much would you be concerned, when you go to one of those well-known incall places?

Don't know about Manhattan, but in Hawaii, they get raided quite often.  Or they set up a sting to catch you.  A long time ago, they allowed the AMP's because they wanted to get the prostitution off the street, now they want to hit the less discreet as well I guess.

you often see stickers on their door claiming to have contributed to the Policeman's Benevolent Association.
