At the start of November I saw on tryst that there were five very attractive providers touring Nashville through the months of November and December. I filled out the forms on their websites and sent them the requested reference information and scheduled appointments.
But I only ended up seeing one out of the five. Provider # 1 contacted me to cancel because she took Nashville out of her touring schedule. She said I was the only guy who scheduled an appointment and that it wasn't worth it to her to come to Nashville for one appointment. Provider # 2 contacted me and said the time I had scheduled for her wouldn't work because she had to change her flight plan out of Nashville. She gave me three other options for times to meet. I couldn't meet at the times she suggested due to my work schedule. So I couldn't meet her. Provider # 3 was the only one I met with. Ironically, she was the one that I had posted a message on her earlier, she kept telling me that she didn't hear from my references, I reached out to my references and asked if they had contacted her, they said they had, but the provider said they hadn't. After dealing with this for a few days she finally said she'd heard from my references. It is ironic that out of the five she is the only one whom I was able to meet. I had an OK experience with her, not fantastic. She seemed like she wasn't really into me and she was just going through the motions. She is a provider who has a lot of high scores on TER. Provider # 4 contacted me the day of the appointment and said she woke up with a sore throat so painful that she couldn't even swallow without pain and so in good conscience she had to cancel all appointments for that day (the only day she was in Nashville). I heard from provider # 5 today. I was scheduled to meet with her in late December. Like the situation with # 1, she said I was the only guy she had scheduled an appointment with in Nashville so it wasn't worth her coming to Nashville for one appointment, so she also canceled. The four ladies who canceled are, based on their pictures on their websites (although they blur their faces), much more attractive than the one I met with. It's disappointing to me that they canceled.Your experience and mine makes me wonder what is the true state of the industry; will prices/rates drop, less touring (explains lack of touring providers), and will there be fewer providers overall.
Looks like the chances go down as Covid goes up. Makes sense.
First off, you are hardly the only guy from Nashville complaining about this kind of thing. It seems that Nashville is NOT a great hobby town which is kind of surprising considering how much pussy there is in Nashville and how many aspiring singers there are in Nashville (Picture all the wanna be movie starlets working as hookers in LA)
Secondly, it seems like the further in advance guys book, the higher percentage of their dates seem to cancel. Personally I book almost exclusively less than 24 hours in advance, and usually no more than just a few hours in advance and I have very little problems with providers canceling on me or me having to cancel on them.
Have you ever thought about finding an excuse to travel to Atlanta to play? I know it's kind of a long drive just to get laid, and I can relate, I live about a 2 hour drive from Dallas which is where I have to go in order to see providers, which I do about once a week, but I try to combine my trips to Dallas with other business. OR alternatively have you thought about checking out the Sugar Bowl to find a couple of girls who you can count on on a regular basis? Either solution beats sitting at home with your dick in your hand after getting cancelled on again and again by touring providers.
Nashville sucks for hobbying. I agree, you'd think there would be all these young starving country singer wannabes, but they tend to work the bars and other jobs. I guess they're also afraid of being 'exposed' if they ever make it big. I dunno, but its a wasteland.
I've got a week to play somewhere else and a bankroll in my pocket. Can't find a place I want to go. I'd go to Montreal in a heartbeat, but Canada has shut us down. Had some other International sites in mind, but with COVID going up, a vaccine on the horizon, guess I'll stay put for the moment.
You would expect farther out bookings to be cancelled more than nearer term bookings. That's because people who book nearer the time of the tour have already missed the cancellations of the longer term bookings.
.
So if you want to reduce your rate of being cancelled, book closer to the tour date. On the flip side, it won't induce as many escorts to come to your area, since your very early booking might have been the one that put her over the top for committing to the tour.
Notice that the uncertainty increases the further out you are in the forecast. Cancellations can occur for many reasons. There are emergencies, some of which can be planned around to keep the travel uncertainty low. There are also urgent emergencies that require immediate attention and cancellations.
.
As the meeting date gets closer, without a cancellation, the uncertainty is reduced.

While it is true you are less likely to face a cancellation by booking a traveling gal close to her arrival date, the odds that a gal will be available get better the more early she gets confirmations (and if backed up with deposits, all the more likely, though I don't want to get into the whole question of whether sending in deposits is good or bad.)
So, if there is a gal I know I want to see, I do book with her the moment I see her ad announcing the visit. If she does end up cancelling, I take it in stride. Overall, I'd say the cancellation rate has been about 50%, which is a ratio I'm willing to live with. It's not like I have no back up plans if she does cancel.
and took it off. Many gents reached out for a trip I was planning last year to Nashville.
Once I had specific dates for travel even asked a few what dates were they interested in.
Set dates and majority either cancelled or all of a sudden couldn't get their schedules together.
Just like the first lady the OP mentioned I had one or two gents not worth it. Especially when there are other cities where gents are serious about booking. Then later you hear "No one tours here"
Tried dates for Nashville a couple of times. Decided to take that city off of future tours.
Bummer cause I always wanted to visit Nashville.
Just my .02
So I've only toured there twice so far, with an upcoming visit planned at the end of January.
My first time? Not good. However, this was a slightly-rare situation when I'd decided to go simply because I WANTED to visit Nashville. I booked my hotel with points and although I still spent money on advertising, I wasn't treating it like I did my usual work visits. I had many inquiries but less revenue than what I consider a successful visit.
Normally, I like to give a city 2 chances prior to giving up on it so I went again, solely for business and it was much better the second time around, even though no one from that first visit repeated then.
I'm already booking my 3rd trip and have high hopes.
Some cities are like that: not great at first because the local clientele are wary of newcomers and/or there's such a large issue of touring ladies cancelling that they wait, but then over time as you become well-known and a bit established there, these places can become an excellent part of the touring schedule.
It sucks but when life returns to something resembling normal and Nashville is fun once again, it might be worth trying as a "working vacation" like I did. I'll meet you there! ![]()
That city is towards the top of my list of destinations which, like Nashville, I plan to visit for a sort of "working vacay".
I have a couple like that already planned for 2021 and hope to add in a couple more for the year. DC is definitely a contender, but at this point the soonest possibility would be Spring or Summer months.
To me, that's "soon" but I realize I am much more of an advance planner than most. LOL. ![]()
Who could blame you? Why travel to a city that is subject to inclement, and cold weather during those months?
Wait until spring or summer...enjoy the cherry blossoms, or other activities that are prominent to the area in enjoyable climate months.
It has nothing to do with the weather. I'm a full-time touring lady and most of my destinations are in the Midwest, which is hardly balmy this time of year.
I have a regular tour rotation of cities which I don't wish to disrupt. The soonest opening in my schedule for a trip when I won't be there exclusively to work, is in the Spring or Summer.
Although I'd love to SEE the cherry blossoms in bloom, I'm allergic to them so it's not a priority.
I'll be going there for sites and experiences which are mostly open year-round..... museums, galleries, historic homes, etc etc. ![]()
No need to apologize...in reading your initial comment, you stated that your reason for visiting the area was of a " vacation " nature, so I assumed that would be more enjoyable in nice weather. And yeah....I'll take the winters around here over ones in say, Green Bay anytime! Lol
…. and I'm a lifelong Chicago Bears fan! (Sunday made that challenging but oh well)
I'm in Green Bay a couple weeks from now but that's not a "working vacay" and it's definitely not for the weather!
LOL.
Vacations can be all sorts. Skiing, sunning, outdoor sightseeing, etc. In a city with lots of history & museums, I'm likely to spend the majority of my time indoors. Hence my planned NYC visit (which is currently very tentative) the first week of March lol.

Anytime in 2021 is "soon" enough. ![]()
Don't go in the summer. Hotter than hell and the humidity is awful.
Very true....May, June, late September, early October seem to be the more temperate times anymore. Summers can be quite miserable with the humidity.
I did not love NashVegas either. Tried twice.
Knoxville and even Memphis I like tho.
If I see a provider in Nashville, I'm likely to get a free Country music song thrown in by an amateur, then I'm afraid that town is a pass for me . . . . . . . unless she has tits like Dolly Parton. LOL
