Does daily exercise increase libido ?

Actually, a rhetorical question, but I'd like some input from hobbyists & providers on this;I thought about this topic because of a link to a provider who stated that daily does of multivitamins aids libido; I do that & in addition, I walk 3 miles daily. Been doing this routine for 25 years now. I ain't young anymore, but notice I'm as horny now as I was in my 20's & 30's & all it takes for me to get a woody is for "the wind to hit my dick" ( in the words of an old Richard Pryor album ). Obviously diet also figures into this. So folks, what are your thoughts on this topic ?

After my second spinal surgery, I discovered just how important daily exercise really is. From the time of the surgery, until I could start exercising again, I got so out of shape that I got winded doing very minor tasks. That took me to the point of getting lazy. I finally had to make up my mind that I had to do something about it. Every morning, I do about 45 minutes of stretching, followed by 150 push-ups. (Not all at once, of course) I'm on my feet a lot at work, so I get a lot of walking in. With the exercise, vitimins, and a couple of herbal supplements, I feel like I'm in better shape than I was 10 years ago. And the libido? Absoluetly nothing wrong with that, and I'm 57.

I work out intensely 3 times a week and some light cardio 2 other days.    I find that if I keep my weight below 220 (I'm 6ft 3in) I have considerable horniness....it does have a lot to do with blood sugar control.   I don't have diabetes (it runs in my family) but I am ultra sensitive to carbs.  I really watch carbs - the less I eat, and the more protein I eat, the horny stays with me.

As my granddad used to say "eat right, exercise frequently and you'll look tremendous in your casket!"

My libido has long been, and continues to be cost prohibitive.

About two year ago, I went to see a provider at an incall. I arived early and while I was waiting I wandered into the workout room. There was a scale in the corner with the little weights that you move until you determine your poundage. So I stepped up on it and began pushing the little weight. To my chagrin I kept pushing the little weight and pushing the little weight until it went past the 270lb. mark and settled at 274lbs.

I was shocked. Until that moment I had never been over 260. Anyway, very shortly thereafter I began exercising. I purposed to take a year and get back in shape.

I now go to the gym about three days a week. When I go, I do twenty to thirty minutes of aerobics (usually swimming) and approximately an hour of weights. Since that time, I have dropped over 20 pounds. As an aside, I am soon to be 57 and my chiroprator told me that "at my age" (don't you love to hear that phrase), it was just as important to do resistance training as it was to do aerobics for the maintenance of muscle mass and bone density.

But being in better shape has definitely helped my sexual performance. I think my manhood is a little longer because he doesn't have to go as far to come out. I can see the provider performing a BJ because my stomach is flatter and if for some reason it takes me longer than usual to finish, I can go like the energizer bunny and not run down.

OFF :-)

...that would definitely increase my libido!!!

This was discussed a few weeks back.  Over the past couple or three years I've dropped 4 inches off my waist, and added 4 to my shoulders.  Now my armpits are broader than my hips, whereas before my hips were wider than my shoulders.

My theory is that all the blood required to support the fat, that is now gone, now has a easier path to the erogenous zone.
