Help me out here I don't get it... (it's Basic Math)

If you search by overall average: she comes up as an 8.
She has 8 Reviews as of 12/06
APPEARANCE: = seven 9s and one 8.
PERFORMANCE: = eight 9s
Shouldn't her overall average: Be a 9?

that her average score is 8.9375.  Apparently  TER does not use rounding in the 'Overall Average' search criteria box and that is why the box has a range.  If you search on the overall average range of being between 8 and 9 then Scarlet is found.  That is because 8.9375 falls between 8 and 9.   If you search on the overall average between 9 and 9 then she is not found since 8.9375 is lower than this range.
