Most agencies I worked with in 2001 would just spread the word through other Adult providers in a city. This is rather ridiculous to cause such harm at damaging a former employees reputation as this? The girls should be allowed to pay remaining fees or banned from that agency all together. When I worked I Never allowed anyone to have my pictures and I was always professional leaving with a great reference resource...
I ran into this little gem of a link today. This agency has a link showing girls that they once had that ripped THEM off, warning other agencies (or clients, I guess) about hiring these girls. . . . completely shown without blurred faces. Oh well, if you made that bed . . . you sleep in it.
It's one thing to steal from customers,(bad thing) Stealing from your employer or your boss is another.
Now there could be other circumstances behind this agency's motives.
Kinda makes you wonder what the Agencies screening method of the provider was prior to employing them and sending them to your house? Just a thought.
I doubt it's possible to screen out every sketchy person in this business. Perhaps it happens more with agencies than with indies. But I have personal experience with AC and they are quite good. Sadly, I know one of their gals who was taken advantage of by one of the scammers they've outed on their site.
No need to wonder just look at Backpage's adult gigs section in ANY major city. Aphrodite advertises daily on all of them. This board is full of how BP girls are ROB's. What do you expect if an agency recruits from there?
This is not to say the women on the page did what Pamela alleges. I'm just saying she (or we) should not be surprised if the women who responded to her BP ads were not the most trustworthy. 'nuff said.
Most agencies hit the High end strip clubs to recruit ladies...especially in Manhattan,Las Vegas these days. You never really know what your bringing into your fold from a General classified section. If you place the girls on a 30 day probationary period and keep a close eye. Things will be just fine...Not everyone is out to Rob/Steal/Hustle a service..
providers ripped them off. Good for the agency! There are too many thieves and ROB's that get away with burning other people.
I know that I appreciate the warning, and will avoid these skanks if I ever see them elsewhere.
BTW, Aphrodite is not the first agency to this.
Since I don't know details about the agency, if it is true yes it is good information, but I have heard of agencies trying to ruin a girls reputation when she leaves to go independent also, so without knowing the agency and there own motives for putting this information up it is suspect also. I prefer to get my warnings from other reviewers that I can check their review history.
It is impossible to tell with only one version of what happened and what the definition of "ripped off" is.
My ATF left an agency and just because she left the owner sent papers into the IRS that my ATF had made $2M the year before--off several zeroes. She had been one of the agencies high dollar types and the madam was pissed some of the high roller clients only wanted to see her. My ATF wasn't the only lady burned that way.
Some good agencies get burned by bad ladies. Some good ladies get burned by pimps disguised as agencies.
Some agencies have been known to spread gossip to sand bag providers from stealing their client list. Most gents who can forward a price fix @ 500. are worthy of repeat business! No one wants to lose their repeat business..when new girls are hired!
Love the one where "Berlin" ripped off Samira after Samira took her in / helped her out. Berlin stole some jewelry, make-up, clothes and a credit card -- racking it up over $1,000 in charges.
That is a face to always remember... and stay far, far away from.
Very interesting... thanks for posting that link.
First, I respect the agency for warning other agencies and potential clients about these providers--thief is a crime. Anyways, it looks kinda shady and somewhat tarnish their reputation by posting these thieves in their website. Again, maybe they should reconsider how they screen their providers to prevent future losses.
Just because it's on a website it MUST be true, right? Stupid.
Everyone needs to understand the old adage of there being three sides to every story.
Accusing someone publicly of something is NO different than:
1. A hobbyist claiming an agency girl stole money out of their wallet.
2. Claiming the agency tried to blackmail them by threatening to expose their personal information.
3. An escort claiming she was robbed by an agency.
4. Nearly any scenario that involves accusing someone of something while providing no proof.
If the accusations are not true, or there is possibly another side of the story, posting pictures is absolutely wrong.
If the accusations are true, posting pictures is just wrong.
Here's a suggestion for the agency. Put up the real pictures of your owners and managers with a caption that reads:
This website page is dedicated to me and my poor business practices. I was dumb enough to put someone in a position where they could steal from me. I really think I'm smart, but apparently don't know much about business, so here's my face too.
Until they do that, they should STFU and hopefully listen to the sound of their phone not ringing.
Now here's a question for all the people who support this agencies practices to answer.
If you were accused of something, anything, would you agree that it's right to have someone put up a webpage with your picture on it? Nothing you can say about it, and no way you can respond to it.
You are challenged to answer that question directly.
I posted this when the subject was brought up on another board and, big surprise, no one had the balls to answer the question directly.
So let's see who can answer the question and not dance around it.
While I do think the accusations are right (based on my knowledge of AC and having dealt directly with the owner when a problem arose), I don't think it's right to out people like this. I don't think it's good for their business because it could make clients worry about their girls. If you look at the amounts stolen, it's penny ante stuff. I agree with the poster above who said they should take their lumps and move on. If you want to warn people I'm sure there's a less public way.
The agency probably owns the rights to those pictures, so they can do what they like with them.
the question really is what they SHOULD have done with them. A: nothing.
Never took any of that into consideration before... (Roll Eyes here.)
If I was Accused of something and did not do it... and my face was plastered on a website with accusations?
Got news for you .. it happens to people every day... It's called the NEWS. Guilty before proven innocent...
As for not being able to do anything about somebody posting a pic up on a site, making false accusations and not being able to do anything about it?
What do you mean "No way to respond to it?" ...
If you can't figure out a "Way to Respond to it" (having your picture posted on a site with false accusations) then you are obviously helpless in the first place so it really does not matter.
Whatever... the only reason why I'm even responding to your silly rant is because of the title you chose.
If you are mad because you got outed by the agency... then post your side of the story on the discussion boards.

But,I think it is going a little far to post a ladys unblurred pic to warn she is a scammer.I think there is other ways to handle those kinds of things the scammers are not working for the agency anymore so they should just move on.I do not think it is right to rip-off a place you work but why not just post the blurred pic with the warning?I used to work for an agency not the one in question but some of these places are very vindictive when you leave.Speaking from a personal experience some agencies(not all)get mad when you want to be independent or not work for them.I quit working for an agency I had taken pics for them that they always had an excuse why they could not post on sites.I got tired of it quit went independent and as soon as I did they took my pics and used them with full face showing. When I became an independent I used other pics that were blurred so I guess they call themselves trying to mess with me.
I am not saying this happened with this situation but I am sure there is way more to this story and maybe they should consider changing the way they work their hiring process.
and I could really give a fuck if they left the agency owing them money. The only thing relevant to me is whether or not they give a good session, and whether or not they will cheat ME. This outing looks like the agency is more concerned about people stealing from THEM rather than looking out for their clients.
and if the girls were found to be ripping off clients, what does that say about the agency itself and their ability to protect their clients in an industry such as this?
BTW a couple of the girls listed looked hott, If I lived in the neighborhood, I might be interested in looking them up just to hear their side of the story.
I've used that agency and only have been disappointed once. Even then it wasn't because she didn't look good. She just was in the wrong business. They made it up to me. I was just with another one of their girls early this week and she was as sexy as her pix and very hot in the sack.
Exactly what I was thinking...
Most of the issues posted are money owed to the agency issues and as 100Proof mentions above... you really have to wonder if it's worth the risk.
Left and $350 was owed to the agency? Petty...
But I LIKE it!
In the same way i like Jerry Springer.![]()
HalfHour
Kinda drama!
than most of the posts I have seen - they are not doing this to protect the client, to get the money back, or to be mean and vindictive to the girls. And it does not matter whether the "thief" accusation is true or not.
The whole point of this type of public flogging is for the deterrent effect on other employees. Ironically, you can't do this in the private sector for the fear of being sued. But that is not going to happen in the escort world.
Faced with knowledge of this kind of policy, the agency's present and future employees are going be very careful to settle up accurately. So the agency gets some degree of client appreciation but mainly benefits by keeping other employees honest without having to resort to pimp-like tactics.
Makeing clients aware, that the girl is no longer afiliated with the agency. Incase she is out there ripping clients off or other unsavory acts.
I looked at their website, and it all seems very petty. Blackballing someone for stealing 350.00 seems childless. I would of course fire them, and let them fend for themsefl.
Eventually they'll steal from the wrong client, and get their ass beat, or worse.
The worst I've had done to me, is have a provider keep my watch I left at her in call once, by mistake, and another trying to steal 20.00 from me when i went to go get dress.
If they get busted, they could take the agency with them. What do the girls owe? The agency cut from their last day before they bailed? Mr Owner, take it like a man.
I would be pissed if someone stole from me... clothes, jewlery, CC. But not the rest.
I think these pictures should have been blurred.
H
If you don't know what the thieves look like, it wouldn't do any good to post them.
Instead of supporting this at every opportunity, how about you offer what you know for an absolute fact that makes them thieves?
Maybe they are, maybe they aren't.
You don't seem willing to accept any other scenario, so let's have you step up and back up your obvious opinion.

Don't mess with Lt. Uhura, she's baaaaaaad.
Please do not forget there are always two sides to every story. I am NOT defending any of these ladies by any means , but I do not think that is appropriate. We have only read one side of the story minus displaying any forms of proof without reading the other side. What is shown on the site could be factual or they could all be accusations.
This is my opinion only . I do not intend to stir up any drama. I just simply felt the need to express what was on my mind.
Thankyou!
