In late April, in a wedding in San Diego (she is from Chula Vista) with 80 guests, Christina Schultz ("Brazil") married David Warthen, an internet mogul who co-founded the search engine Ask Jeeves, and who listed more than $7 million in liquid assets in divorce papers.

 

Let's see.  Back taxes, penalties, interest, criminal fines, legal fees.  $7 million ought to be just enough.  (I'm sure the one thing Christina learned at Standard law school was that California is a community property state!)

Community property does not extend to separate property brought into a marriage.
