I like to think of breast augmentation as a hyrid technology of natural and additive filler.  So for me it is not really a question of fake versus real, but more about technique.  It is more like burlap sack versus plastic bag.  But still one must make the choice at some point and how do you crunch the numbers in your criteria search?

could only be natural for me, but was recently with a provider with augmentation that absolutely rocked my world.  It had nothing to do with her breasts, but they also did not detract at all from the unbelievable session she gave me.  From now on, for me, it won't matter.  I'm a leg and ass guy anyway, so maybe I'm not the best one to respond.  Too late.

While boob jobs are certainly not a buzz kill for me, I much prefer natural. As for data collection, i've found taste tests the most reliable source of data. I hope to publish my results in NATURE as soon as the peer review is finished.

I'm looking for the right lady. Period. My two current favs are both petite Filipino girls with natural breasts but I have had favs in the past who were augmented.

I would caution against deciding on who to see based on too limited a criteria.   A couple of years ago I booked an appointment with a gal who was new to the hobby and had only a couple of reviews. Her photos were lovely and her TER profile said that her breasts were natural. Well, they were not natural (makes you wonder about the guy who wrote her profile!) but the lady herself was a natural. Sexy, caring, funny, smart and just an all-out great lady and provider.  She retired all too soon but I have many great memories that I would never have had if her profile had been accurate and I had passed on her simply because I prefer natural breasts.

Breasts taken as an object on their own, of course natural are preferable. But for me it is more about, do I prefer a specific girl with her natural breasts (which could be tiny, droopy and everything in between) or with enhanced, which can drammatically improve her over all sex appeal. For many girls, enhanced breasts make them more sexually attractive, especially to us visually stimulated men - you just have to see the before and after shots to know that.  In that case, for that specific girl, I prefer enhanced.

Take a BIG (say on pound) slab of great ground sirloin and form is carefully and lovingly with onions, garlic and beer into a great hamburger patti.   It will be perfect when cooked.

it doesn't make any difference to me.  However, if the issue is whether to undergo surgery, most ladies look wonderful without augmentation and I usually counsel against augmentation if asked.  (If I am not asked, I keep my mouth shut.)

I have favorites with real large ones, fake large ones, real small ones and even (believe it or not)  fake small ones!

There is one provider I have know for almost two decades and until I saw a picture taken before her operation, I never could have guessed they weren't real.

The real reason to see a gal is her willingness to make you feel wonderful.

Fake or natural does not matter to me as long as they look and feel as if they are natural. By this I mean they can not be out of proportion. Big breasts on a small frame just do not look correct. Also, I hate the rock hard ones. Quality goes a long way with me.

By the way, so as to not drift too far off topic, I prefer real or realisticly enhanced.  The conspicuously enhanced sets always seem to distract me, and not necessarily in a good way.

I much prefer natural.  It seriously turns me off to feel these bags inside of her.  I used to like looking at fake breasts until I felt them.  Maybe I was introduced to a bad pair, though.  For me, there's just no substitute for big and natural.

I have seen two ladies with bolt ons that were very close to natural and were good, IMO.  However, nothing beats a pair of beautiful, natural, sensitive B or C cups.  I'm begging my ATF not to get implants but I think I lost the battle.

The best thing you can say about them are that they look and feel real, so what/s wtong with real.
