not fantasies you post you would like to be fulfilled, is that you alienate about 95% of women in your area....dont think many woman are going to be 100% gung ho on seeing you if you leave them off bucket list...actually think posting of bucket lists (once again, not fantasies being fulfilled) is sophmoric and could be done in the locker room (reviewers only site)without discounting a whole lot of woman out there....

Ok. I've only been in the Hobby since August, and have had an absolute blast. I've met some great ladies over these last few months but ... is it proper for a Hobbyist to post his "fantasy" on a Regional Board or ISO Board? I want to create a Bucket List of sorts for 2011, and while I don't mind contacting Providers, it would also be nice to have those Providers, that are interested, contacting me ... good or bad idea?

Not a bad idea.  One way to do that is to post on a regional board that you are looking to meet someone on a certain date, and to request anyone that's available to PM you.  Do this a day or two in advance, and you will likely receive about a half dozen responses, some of which will be intriguing enough to be worth following through upon.  I did that last year when on a business trip to Philly, and was contacted by a lady I had months earlier at an M&G in another time zone.  I had a great time that night, and count her as a friend to this day.

A common bug-a-boo of new hobbyists is that they are rightfully admonished never to discuss sexual activities with a provider in advance of their actual meeting as this could be a sign to the provider that the person is LE trying to set up a sting.

However, a "fantasy", labeled as such and shared in a common forum might be a reasonable detour around that stumbling block.

I'd be interested to hear what providers think of this.

It could catch on making for a lot of valuable marketing material, not to mention some interesting reading - something that local boards could really use.

I agree with Mr Fisher that the regional boards could use something like this. It would certainly liven things up as well as let the ladies know what you are looking for. I think asking the ladies to pm you would be the best way to go to keep things so only you can see them. You should be able to get your pick of a few nice ladies and I know I love reading posts like this myself. There is certainly no harm in posting your desires in the format of a fantasy. I love to read such material and find it quite a turn to read, it can really help set the tone and mood nicely for a meeting.

It would be nice to post — Hey, I'm in St Louis and I've got x amount of dollars to donate to a good cause.  How good is your cause?

I'm still a bit new around here (I also started in August) and I had never been to the ISO board until I saw this post. It seems to me that the ISO board is there, at least in part, for hobbyists to post their fantasies, in hopes of having them fulfilled. I see one hobbyist over there is trying to organize an orgy for NYE, while another is looking for providers who meet specific physical requirements.

On my regional board, I've seen providers advertising that they cater to specific fetishes. I'm sure if I looked hard enough I would find posts from hobbyists looking for providers to fulfill personal fantasies. It's not a bad idea, IMHO.

to get you timely responses.  For example I posted a ISO for a provider that would be happy to do outcalls to my area, or it would at least be convenient for them,.  I posted on my regional and got 6 responses, never did get a single response from the post on the ISO board.   Why not post what your looking for where you are.  To me it makes sense.  Unless I'm missing something

but putting it on a local board that you are coming to town works well in Vegas, Atlanta, Orlando, but had no luck in Miami(but it was 1 day notice).

That is basically the purpose of the ISO board. :) If you have a Regional Board, post it there instead -- you'll get better feedback from ladies (and other gentlemen who can point you in the right direction).

Post as many details as you're comfortable sharing, or at the very least, mention the age range, body type, and rate range you prefer. That way you look like you're seriously interested in getting help finding someone to fulfill your fantasy, as opposed to looking like some schmuck who doesn't want to do his homework. ;)
