I have used these type devices in the past and they really don' t work well.  A clit pump is actually painful (at least it was for me).  These type devices were designed by men thinking a woman's vagina works like a guys penis.  We are made differently and these things are novelty items that are really more to get the guy worked up by using that actually doing anything for the lady, imho
