What would you do when your client or provider suddenly...

Gets very sick (unconscious)... or drops dead right in front of you?   Lets assume that it's NO fault of your own. You are innocent but the situation just escalated to be 'pretty damn serious'.

This would obviously be a night mare for any provider or client. Fortunately I haven't had any provider drop dead on me. I've taken ladies to ER before but they were already friends and were still conscious.

What do you think would be the best way to go about this if you do not know her real name or anything much else about her?  If she's still breathing, I might act like I'm her friend recently met at some bar but I probably would first need to find out her real name somehow.   If she's totally gone and not breathing, leaving the scene wouldn't be a great idea since we'll become a suspect.

I guess we could take the 3rd option, wipe off all our prints, and leave.  But there are security cameras all over the place not to mention email records that would tie me to her

Anything else.   Call 911 in either situation.  Besides, it's the right thing to do.

"escort found dead by some drunk John.  Experts claim something was wrong with her health"

Ever notice how dumb some of these head lines are?

Experts claim the obvious lol

As for the other complications about real names, etc, They would all come secondary to the well being of the lady to me.

If it turns out she is dead, then she would be beyond caring about what she was doing and if she was just seriously ill then the most important thing would be getting her help, any questions can be handled later. I doubt the medical team or even police if they were called are going to really care that much about her being a hooker or me being a john, but even if they were, that's a risk I would be willing to take. I can't see how NOT calling for help would even be an option that I would consider.

A hobbyist died on a provider a few weeks ago.  Cardiac arrest. She did the right thing. She called 911, and stayed to answer questions to the paramedics and police. She was not charged with anything. But she was very shook up. She is taking a break from providing.

If a provider got sick, hurt, or died on me, I would call 911 and stay until they came, or drive her to the ER depending on circumstances. A human life is way more important than a minor crime of prostitution. In my case I worry more about me being the one dying in session, since I'm 50 something and not in the best shape and the ladies I see are 20 something and in great shape. I certainly hope they would call 911.

I think the last time this question came up, London said she would throw him in the lake, and let the alligators take care of him. :D

is helping another human being.

Damn all the rest. I can live with being "outed" or whatever, but I cannot live with myself if I cause someone harm when I could have easily helped.

Because it gave us all time to reflect.
I would call 911 & hotel desk, unlock door.  Render first aid to the best of my ability until first responder arrived.  If I/she was undressed, I'd grab clothes & lock myself in bathroom.

A Fav lady has severe asthma...  she seemed distressed, used inhaler.  We both got dressed.  She urged me to just leave but I was having no parts of that until she was breathing better.  If I had left & she required assistance, I'd have never forgiven myself.  I offered to drive her home but she declined.

Bad news never improves with age...  we all know the right thing to do.  But a bit of thought allows us to think through a scenario & come up with options to apply in a time of stress.

This has gone around a few times, but it can't hurt to repeat it

You can only hurt yourself by talking to police.  Obviously you should answer any pertinent medical questions that the EMTs might ask (former poster is right, a life is more important) but other than that, keep your mouth shut until your lawyer tells you otherwise.  First words out of your mouth to the police "I don't want to speak with you until I have talked with my lawyer."  They are legally required to leave you alone after that.

You have a duty as a human being to render aid in an emergency. This goes double if you know them. You do the right thing and figure the rest as it comes. I doubt the cops would even care in that situation. They might care though if you just left.

My track record in upsetting situations isn't very good....

I do know how to preform CPR the right way though..
Hopefully I would have the ware with all to do it..

I'll be honest.. I would panic first..

The provider calls 911 but the client dies before they arrive, autopsy shows he was poisoned. What do you think?

Her client had a seizure during a session, so she dialed 911 and stayed with him until the ambulance arrived.  Now she introduces him at parties as "Stroke Guy."

Even the simplest neutral words such as 'stroke' seems to bring up in my mind images of giving strokes of hand jobs.

I must cleanse my dirty mind with some alcohol

And I believe the lady in question was stroking him at the time.

probably the most famous case ever about this, http://www.reformation.org/megan-marshak.html
She went on to work as a writer in NYC media and was known as "Killer Pussy"

Dood, I've gotta stop opening your posts mid sip. Coconut water all over my mac.
He be stroken'!!! Stroken to the left, stroken to the right…

I apologize to anyone who that offended.

Cuming and going at the same time, perfect.

It's good to know that the majority of posters would call 911 and deal with the situation in a mature way. They'd do the right thing. At least in my book.

Life is too important to play around.  If for some reason the person stopped breathing, God forbid, I'd try CPR (I am certified) if warranted and definitely stay and cooperate with authorities because, I know that I didn't do anything to cause it, and as was said earlier in this thread, the cover up makes you look like a suspect.  Providers are people too and deserve basic humanity when they fall ill.  Anyone who would disagree with this is simply inhuman and a psychopath whom you should stay away from.
