Just the other night I had a date set up with my regular friend to stop by my hotel room for one of our hot session. When she text me to find out my room number I knew that she was close to the hotel. I can see the parking lot from the window of my hotel room. So I was watching for her to pull into the parking that way I knew she would be up and knocking at my door soon. As she parked Johnny law follow her into the parking lot and walked up to her car. As I watch this happen I was wondering what was going on, I thought maybe she was speeding to get to me. He talked to her for couple minutes then got back into his car. After Johnny law left the parking lot she waited for a few minutes then came up.

They'll never arrest either of you for prostitution.  I guarantee it.

Well, except that she is your hired escort. I would keep any answers to a minimum and don't give them permission to inspect you or the room. If they continue to do so without probable cause THEY could be the ones in trouble.  

It's really none of their business.  For all they know,  you both could have gone to HS together or whatever and just meeting up for drinks,  or (again) whatever. It's nobody's business and when did being friends ever become a bad thing. That whole situation just really looks strange. ....well except you both had fun! Maybe they were watching for single people coming and going from the hotel? ?

Its hard to say on what the real reason they had to question her. It just could of been the color of her car that being red Not sure as long as nothing bad came of it it's all good.

Do NOT answer questions put to you by LE!   They are not your friend.  Ask if you are being detained.  If so, request to speak with your lawyer before answering their questions.  Do NOT commit perjury when it is perfectly legal for you to refrain from answering at all.

How she handle it in the parking lot talking with Johnny law, and that that she didn't chicken out and went back home.

It also covers the fact that you don't know her real name.  Just make sure you don't have money in the room in an envelope.  I rarely do hotel outcalls unless I'm traveling on business, but when I do, I put the money in a birthday card I bought at target and just write happy birthday on it, no name.  It doesn't matter who has the card in their possession if it gets discovered by LE.  Let them try to prove it has anything to do with money for sex.

+1.  Making a false statement is a catchall charge local and federal prosecutors commonly use when nothing else will stick.

I was visiting my ATF at her incall hotel, which was her hotel of choice for over two years.  I called her on my cell to let her know I was here when I arrived and parked on the street...she proceeded to give me her room number, standard part 2 of the two call system.  As I walked to the hotel, there was a car across the street parked, running, with two men inside...vibe told me they were Uncle Leo.  I just kept walking, since it was easy to be incognito at that time of night given that nearby mall was still open.  As I approached the front entrance to the hotel, there were two more police cruisers across the street, in front of a chain restaurant were I had once had dinner with the same lady I was visiting.  Just kept walking, and made my way to her room.  I told her what I had seen, she was interested, to say the least, and we checked out their activity from her room window.  A couple of cops brought out bags of food from the restaurant a few minutes later, and the two marked cars left.   We then proceeded...Happy Hour plus!  

think the lesson here is to keep your mouth shut!  Don't give them something to beat you with later.

Tell them she is an old girl friend and you have lied to police and obstructed justice.

Just not 100% of the truth, 90% of the truth will do just fine.

Simply say nothing. One of the biggest mistakes we make is to think that we can talk our way out of a pickle with LE. Simply say nothing. Unless they have something on you, they really can't do anything. It won't be pretty that's for sure but lying and then keep building on lies can only lead to contradictions and it will fuel their inquiries.

With you.  It could be that the cop talked to her about something wrong with her car maybe a taillight out or she did not put her turn signal on or something like that. Depending on where you were they may have a line on her activity and she might be involved somehow with the drug trade. I would never let the cops in my hotel room because I worry that a provider may have narcotics on her and then put the blame on me.  Just sayin.

Say nothing-any story you make up will come unraveled when they ask the gal the same question and she gives a different answer......and if your answer is different to a question they ask her-same result.

This is absolutely right. You are under no legal obligation to tell them anything, except in some states to identify yourself.  The dirty little secret that cops don't want you to know is that they are counting on you to incriminate yourself. Always be polite, don't piss them off,  they will quickly realize your are not a moron that is going to incriminate yourself.

In my state you can be held until LE can establish your ID...  used to be 72 hours.  Best to give id.  Then ask if you are free to go.  Make no statements about private business...   If a body turns up later, expect a call but otherwise they have nothing...  unless you give it to them.    

First off, I can't imagine LE ever knocking at my door, but if they ever did I don't think I would ever even allow it to go that far. Nor would I answer any "incriminating" questions. I would answer a question like "what are the two of you doing?" with the very noncommittal "What does it look like we are doing? and I would like to get back to it" followed by "and unless you have a VERY good reason to be bothering me, that is exactly what I plan on doing, are we done here?"

Is that she lives two hours away. I am pretty sure she only visit that hotel is when I am there. I could be wrong but I doubt it. Plus she is utr type of lady now.

Polite yet firm is the way to deal with LE in this type of situation. As law abiding citizens behind closed doors in a hotel room you have paid for, you don't need to explain every detail of your life.
