Yes the differences are very different and specific. the stimulation of various errogenous zones can produce much different feelings.

For me Clitoral stimulation is much more intense. A G-spot O has a more explosive rolling effect. Now if you are lucky enough to have stimulation in both areas at once...well Nirvana has been reached. LOL.

I can have an orgasm by having my breasts stroked and suckled. This is also completely different. But I also think it depends on the woman and how intune to her body and feelings she is.
