I'm a new provider and want my dates to really be turned on by my appearance. I know  the big things men are attracted to about a provider...(boobs and nice butts)....but what little things do the gents get turned on by that makes a provider extra special to him. Is it tan lines, red painted nails, soft skin, etc. or do the gents not even notice the little things?

Joy, I notice everything.  That includes the hair, nails (both finger and toes), the quality of the clothes (not cost but if they appear over worn, faded, or tattered), shoes (worn soles or in need of polish), if at an in call the housekeeping of the location, hygiene, breath, teeth, etc.

I take well over an hour to prepare for a lady and I want to feel she has done the same for me.

You are totally correct though, it is the little things that make all the difference.

Before anything personal, the location:  Private, seceure, clean, proper facilities (bed, bathroom, free of outside distractions, soft music, candles...  
Sensible process to check in, arrive, etc so that I'm mentally comfortable.  I gave up risk taking after HS.
Physically, ladies come in all shapes & sizes, different skin tones.  Different tans.  I'd just say the lady should give a general appearance of taking good care of herself.  Clean...  gotta be clean...  

After these basics, it's about attitude.  There are many styles & techniques...  but I want a lady to want ME!  To show me with everything that she does, that she wants me.

I notice some, other things only come to me after several sessions. The scent of a woman is one thing that is big. I am one of those guys who isn't married or have a SO. I love having a woman smelling good (not all flowery but like vanilla or something), and then able to still smell her when I get home. That is not easy to find and I would probably have to visit a new provider a couple times for her to learn that because most providers try not to leave any kind of "evidence" behind on their clients.

I will also notice how her location looks. Is it tidy or is stuff just thrown all over the place.

Aside from that , as we say in the martime industry "The rigging always  costs more than the hull'
A well painted hull with shiny rigging is Good, however what is most important is
a good personality , and responce to the helm at sea,
and to hug the pier when docked.

For me all those little things matter, and I especially like a nice, warm, welcoming smile. I like it when a woman bothers to pull herself together and welcomes me like she is glad to see me.

Thanks for the input guys. Its good to hear that y'all notice the little things and its not a waste of time and effort. And I soooo agree on that "clean" is very important.
