So, ive been wondering….
Most providers  either on CL, or citivibe, or personal websites put a disclaimer on the site that says something like “Money paid is for time and companionship only, anything that may or may not occur is a choice between consenting adults, and is not contracted for.”

My question is does anyone know of any actual court cases in which this was a plausible defense?  Has anyone ever had charges dropped, or been found not guilty, because they said that yes they took the money for the time, but they found themselves attracted to the other person and then things just happened?  If not, would the provider or client uttering a line such as “Wow, I think you are really cute and im soooo horny, do you want to have sex?” then only go to prove your case that the money was for time only, and that the two people really were just having consensual sex?

And if this is all BS, and it doesn’t do a damn thing then why do people still use it?  Or is it like that crap that you see on cops all the time where streetwalkers ask the cop “are you a cop?”  and the cop says no because he is under no legal obligation to answer that yes, he is a cop, and she gets busted anyway?

Long winded, I know, but let me know what you think…
