LE plans a sting operation against John Gotti. An officer/agent meets up with him and a conversation begins. The officer's intended purpose is to get John Gotti to make incriminating statements in order to gather evidence for a potential criminal prosecution. (you know the officer says: "Hey John, would you please speak a little louder in my bow tie.") John Gotti, aka the Dapper Don, is aware he may be involved in "some rather bad behavior.
