The first thing you should know...
is that city vibe is a PAID advertising site. They do NOT control the conduct of those who advertise on their sites. This would make them pimps. They're not. They just provide a forum for ladies to advertise on. So, whether you found her ad on cityvibe or on Eros, the result is the same.
If you insist on seeing this provider rather than taking the advice you've been given here about seeing reviewed providers until you gain some experience, then I would at least spring for a hotel room rather than have her to my home. Take only enough money to fulfill her fee, and leave any expensive jewlry at home. Leaves less for her to steal.
If you want some advice about this specific provider, try adding a link so that those who are more experienced could give you some advice about whether to try her or no...many recognized agency phone numbers and such.

I'm a newbie. I was gonna call this girl from city vibe that has no reviews to my apt. How safe is this guys?
Cityvibe isnt the issue for me. The reason is the lack of reviews or, I gather, really any confirming information about her. You might try asking her if she has references on other boards or sites and see what she come back with. Reputable providers are used to being asked for this. If she doesnt give you a good response, that would absolutely kill the deal for me. Good luck to you.
Any girl from any board with no reviews represents an element of risk... stick with the well reviewed ladies for a while till you get the hang of this busuness. May be a few more $$ but well worth the peace of mind...
This brings up an interesting question. How does a lady start into the business with no reviews? My unofficial opinion is that roughly 10% of the ladies I see should be unreviewed.
I have made appointments with four unreviewed ladies (one had a couple of reviews by the time I saw her) over the last few years, and reviewed them under this handle and my previous handle. One was a referral from a provider I had seen and two were ladies who started posting on the TER General Discussion board. It could be argued that I really wasn’t taking much of a chance with these three ladies. The only truly unknown provider I saw was from an agency that I knew nothing about, and she was the only really bad date of the four.
Having said all that, I would agree that if you describe yourself as a newbie, it may be wiser to see reviewed ladies for a while before seeing unreviewed ladies.
Your right Herr, New talent does need to break into the scene. However, for a newbie, reviewed ladies are the best bet.. You have to admit, after you have done this for a while you do get a sense of things pretty quickly and know the danger zones...
There are a few ways I will get a feel for a new provider. Postings on the board help. So does emails and phone calls. Being new, she needs to understand that she will have to put up with some hesitancy by hobbyists. If she is relatively patient on her emails and calls, I might take a shot. A reliable agency promoting a new provider also helps. Pictures are a must.

Thousands of providers out there all face the same hurdles and some make it off of the strength of their willingness to go out there and hustle, and others, as Borat might say, not so much.

I would never have a provider to my residence. I did it once and I was on pins and needles the whole time. This is an individual choice but, to me, it's not worth the risk. I have no problem with finding ladies on Cityvibe though I do prefer ladies with TER reviews as well as a Cityvibe listing.
A couple of times I have had providers come to my home. Usually they are well known and I know and trust them based upon some experience. When I lived on the West coast it was a real luxury because I had to drive so long to find a city that my butt and other were cranky as hell by the time I finished driving.
But someone cold. Hmm. I don't know. If it was someone who posted here a lot I would go for it but CL or Joe and Bob's rent-a-chick I would probably not. I don't have a sense for Cityvibe except that I find most ads on there frustrating. I do notice that TER has a business relationship with them so that ads some credibility to me.
but it does come with some cautions:
Don't do it if your spouse is away and could come back unexpectedly. Follow up later and search our and destroy any incriminating evidence (e.g. condom wrappers in the garbage).
Make sure you've seen the provider a number of times and feel real comfortable with each other.
Make sure the place is as clean as a whistle.
Let them know if you have pets, especially cats. Some people are very allergic to them.
Don't be indisceet around the neighbors.
If you follow these rules, you can have a wonderful time and save on a hotel room bill.
Yes, as someone new you should stick to a professional with a track record. You will be more likely to have a good time and avoid a "ghetto experience."
And while I love going to guys homes, I wouldn't recommend it with an unknown provider.
As for how a new girl gets reviews. Once I discovered TER I simply started asking guys we saw to write us an unbiased review when they got home. As we started dating hobbyists rather than one-timers we got a few more and so on.
It's a hassel for a lot of guys to do reviews so I think they tend to be either from gents who had a really good time or from guys who feel the provider ripped off. So the reviews I've seen are generally at one end of the spectrum or the other.
