but in truth, it's no big deal one way or the others.
I've had some fantastic sessions that started rather cool with an offer to sit and chat and then we went from there.

but my point is, the first 60 secs of this meeting were incredibly awkward (i think). i hadn't met her, and that's pretty much not how i operate. i usually only date ladies that i have met previously at meet & greets where i can see if we have chemistry, because i've gotten burned by pics and lack of chemistry in the past.

in general, however, if meeting a stranger, i like a bit of small talk before dfk. it doesn't register true in my gut that someone would naturally want to tongue a complete stranger before saying hello, how are you, how is your day going, nice to meet you, etc.
