Has anyone ever used this? My main concern is what shows up on the bank statement. I'm hoping it's something anonymous looking... if it has the recipient's name on there it could be a problem.  

I've never had a problem with it, Normally hits your account instantly if you use a debit card. 2 Business days with a credit card. I do know when its deposited into your bank account it says Visa deposit or debit
ALSO when you make your name make sure and use your work name or else it will come up with your real name when they send or you request money.

Thank you for the advice, but to clarify, I am a hobbyist and not a provider. I need to know what will will show up on my end in the event my SO sees the charge.

I have mine set up under a legit business I set up, and my receipts say something like health care consultants. I've used my own credit card to test it a couple of times, and I believe on the bank statement it showed up as is my business name.
