You're paying to get laid.  And on top of that you're going to give a gift too?  Do you think you're her boyfriend?  You're really taking this GFE thing literally.

Instead of giving a gift, spend that money on another session with her if you like her that much.  That way you're also getting something out of it.  Or just give more cash if you really want to do something extra.  But a gift?  do you think she's going to fall in love with you?

I just don't understand the whole idea of giving gifts to a hooker, as if money weren't enough.  I guess some people are willing to pay to pretend they have someone special in their life.

My opinion is that giving gifts in this pay-for-play world is silly.  I think its ridiculous to think that a hooker is your girlfriend.
I think if the guy wants to do something extra, just give more cash (ie. a tip) or set up more appointments.  Repeat business is the greatest compliment.

BTW Charlene Sheen, if you're sacrificing too much to participate in this hobby, then quit this hobby.  You can make a choice.  If you choose this world, don't expect sympathy.

Option #1 - I know  she has a shoe " thing " as most ladies do . I thought a gift certificate for a womans shoe store might be a good idea . The only store I can think of is DSW warehouse - is this a good store for selection ??? Any other stores you know of that may be better - In Miami / Ft lauderdale if it matters .

I am in Rio de Janerio for a few more weeks . Down the street is a father and daughter that make some INCREDIBLE hand crafted jewlery . I know nothing about jewlery but the talent they have is amazing ! They craft it right there in their tiny store . I actually have walked around in the back to see how it is done .

So option # 2 is to have them design and make a necklace , earrings or something . Being in a poor neighborhood they are eager for $$$ , and compared to American prices it is inexpensive to say the least . I could even take photos of the stuff being made , and then a little history of the jewlery gift .

I have " teased " her saying it would be wrapped and placed on the counter BUT she would only get the present AFTER the date - she is getting it either way , just having some fun with her

Which option would the majority of ladies like best , or if you got something better please interject .

I say go with the jewelry babe! It is a one of a kind gift that you will not be able to duplicate. You can buy her shoes at DSW any day!

It's unique and thoughtful.  Shoes are good, but a gift certificate compared to one of a kind jewelry from a different country?  No contest.  It's a nice story to go along with the gift as well.

I understand where you are coming from as well. I am just a nice guy in general, and love giving gifts.

I don't ever think that a provider is my girlfriend, rather I like going shopping and picking out undies Id like to see her in. It is all part of the anticipation feeling. Im a planner, often booking a week in advance due to an incredibly overbearing work schedule so going shopping after booking is a fun lil thing to divert my mind away from work shit.

Some of us actually enjoy our clients and thier company. We do care about your day etc, etc.

We are not your girlfriends but it is nice to know you care about the little things..

We typically remember the little things, the tips, the gifts etc and will give you extra time or move or day around just to see you.. becuase you did buy us that cool gift and because we do think of you everytime we wear that shoe or necklace Etc, Etc.

As happy as we are to see repeat clients and a tip. It's even better that you went out of your way to do something beyond the ordinary...

Just a bit of advice.. You don't know how we feel or how we think and if you think you are gracing us with your presence because you show up with an envelope you are wrong. I can get laid 7 days a week and be treated like a goddess and you are just another dude who thinks I should be gratefule because you called me.. LOL.....Try again... it is the thoughtful ones that we remember!

The ladies I see provide my with their time. Many of the activities we may do are similar from one to another. But certainly their are some with whom you share something a little more, something personal, even though you maintain a business relationship.

There is a bartender at one of my favorite watering holes that I will get a small gift for. It will be music related because we share some interests and, when things are not to busy, we speak and share with each other like personal friend would.

Can you see the similarities?

I have my favorite mechanic. We shoot the shit about stuff, crakcs some jokes, etc. Its always pleasant to see him when my ride needs serviced. No gift there. no the same thing.

Maybe YOU don't have anything more than a WhamBamThankYouMam attitude with the "hookers" you see. Well, that's you, sport.

she will like so I am not sure that we can answer that for you.  Hand crafted jewelry sounds great but I would put it in the jewelry box because I never wear jewelry.  
I love tank tops so that is one of the best gifts I have ever received.
It all just depends on the lady.  Does she have a gift tab on her website?

It seems we did have one Scrooge in the bunch who just does not seem to understand human kindness and thoughtfullness towards another person ..................Oh well , If we were all alike it would be a boring world I guess .

Trust me dude ...I am HAPPY being single !!!!  The absolute LAST thing I would ever want is some woman telling me what to do , when to do it , and how to do it ...Trust me _ I am the happiest single guy there is and a girlfriend would just crash this happy life I have going on !

The thing I learned from the women .................Is that the the jewlery will be " one of a kind ". I figured as long as it is beautiful and shiny , that was really all that mattered . I know women hate to go to a party and see an identical dress being worn . Never considered that fact on this dilemma . I give gifts to my paperboy (used to be one and appreciated the gifts and tips my customers gave me),barber, mailman, etc... Not extravagant, but it tells them their services are appreciated, why not providers?

Exactly, well said. How is it wrong to show appreciation. Many of my clients bestow gifts upon me. They don't have to and I don't ask for them but...I do have a place on my website that lets them know what I like in case they want to show their appreciation.

I treat all my gentlemen with kindness and care. Everyone I meet there is something special about them that I remember and cherish.... some more than others and usually they are the ones that I see often. No we are not boyfriend/girlfriend but human beings do build bonds and friendships that are lasting.

I may get flamed but I don't care really. It is the humanity in us that makes us special and there are some who lack that on these boards. The indignant attitude towards us makes me wonder why do you even pay money for our services if you loathe us to this extent ???? I'll never hide behind an alias or make rude comments about you or to you, I find that sort of behavior abhorrent and cowardly. Calling us hookers and prostitutes is a sign of mental instability. It is in those traits that abusers are born.

We have chosen this profession for one reason or another, the details may never be born in light for you but that is our decision.  Many of us love what we do and are content in this lifestyle.

I have some beautiful items presented to me by my late regular who
may his soul rest in peace had some nice silver and platinum bracelets
and earrings , and a gold and diamond ring made during his travels.
With jewelry its a sentimental part unique in its own way with a style and meaning
from you not to be duplicated. Yes have something made for her. Rings are a bit personal
but bracelets and earrings or a matching set with necklace us perfect.
