The provider most likely owes them money or they received negative feedback about her. Socal is not really an "agency" in the strictest sense but they do want credibility with customers and the gals who use their service.

Obviously they are too lazy to edit her add so they just stick the words "Rip-off" over her pictures.

The truly scary part is those four pages of bad reviews!

Is the huge number of "experienced" reviewers that fell for her. I stopped looking after the first page and a half, but there were reviewers with 3, 4, 5, 9, and 11 reviews under their belt at the time they saw her AND she already had 3 pages of rip offs.
