As the author points out, "charity sex" definitely isn't "pity sex", and can be very good for the health of a relationship.

Sometimes men need to give a little "charity sex" too.

Is there anyone that any clients or providers could show this to?  Good idea to bring it up somehow - if not by showing them this article, then some other way.
