Where this comes from is a long story, except I'll say it wasn't prison. Unless I am comfortable with a provider, I hold onto awareness of my surroundings so tightly that the fact I have had an orgasm is barely noticeable. I basically have ejaculation sans orgasm. Usually this is the case with first time visits. Sometimes (I know, don't hit me) I've simulated orgasmic sounds and stuff just to avoid creeping ladies out; but usually I don't.
