That's fucked up! I was never on film, luckily, but I've been there to see this stuff. EOM.

I highly doubt that many people were in the room (not how he normally does it) and if he had all of her id info and consent forms, he wouldn't discuss the million dollar payoff, er, offer again. Please. It just doesn't make good sense. If she was drunk, she can't give consent, either, as consent is a clear and sober decision. Unfortunately, from my personal experience, he doesn't care and if you're drunk, it makes for more uninhibited hot action.

I came across his group before he made it big. They kept trying to get me on tape.  I had way too much to drink one night, and they spotted me walking back to my hotel, and they pulled up to talk to me. A guy from the group gave me pill of G--.  Luckily, my girlfriend was sober (and walking up), and told them to f off. You can't get much sleazier than that.

unintended consequences... and acts of innocent flirtation sometimes come back to haunt folk.  And no, I am not one of those "she dressed as if she was asking for rape types" rather one who knows that folks flirt - and do all kinds of things to attract attention... examples?

Once I went to the hydroplane races on the Columbia River tri-city region.  I saw two examples (three actually but one I keep to meself)... of young people making spectacles of themselves in public.  The first was of a guy wearing a watermelon - that is ALL he had on... no shoes, no shirt, no shorts and no takers on eating the watermelon!  Easily a guy who was looking to be "looked at" but alas, one who no one cared what he wore...  Watermelon or not.

the second was a VERY attractive young lady with a nice set of ta tas... she was dancing on top of an RV... Guys started the chant "show your tits"  over and over... she did... over and over...

as I say - all adults present, nothing got out of hand... but suppose someone had a camera... the pics could embarrass... and could have an unintended consequence... not so good.

I must say though, you only have your youth once... and if you cannot enjoy it while you are young - and make those stupid mistakes... well what good is youth...

What has changed is some would take unfair advantage of youthful indiscretions... making them somewhat less than innocent guffaws...  with the age of electronics and the ease of spreading the evidence of said indiscretions... along with the permanence of this evidence and omnipresence of the evidence...  this creates unintended consequences for the indiscretion without adequate compensation for the use.  all in all - I enjoy the spectacle... but must confess, it probably does do some degree of harm to folk...  Katie, good analysis.
