It sure would take a lot of balls to do that and I'd like to hear a story about someone that did do it and how it went.
I could be totally wrong and just fooling myself, but my guess would be 80% of the "well reviewed" and "well established" providers wouldn't just take the money. There are a myriad of reasons why including the possibility of you becoming a repeat client, the possibility that this information would get out, and also the fact that some ladies are just too honest.
On the other hand I'd say a good portion of the "unreviewed" providers (BP girls) would gladly take the money and probably not even say thank you.

I am not a new provider but if this happened to me that's exactly what I would do. Maybe others above have already said this but many providers have instructions on their website that any discussion referencing the envelope containing the donation will terminate the appointment.
