I never was there but saw some videos. My first street experience was in the other famous NYC meat market just south of the Javits Center off the West Side Highway. One visit was enough for me. After that I went Full Cat House.

that cracks me up, but happy to say, I have no experience with this.  IF I DID SEE A PROVIDER with a toothless smile, and I didn't see the teeth on the nightstand, I would move down and make sure they weren't waiting to ambush Mr. Johnson from another opening.  

 
I have met one guy who was into this, but I consider it akin to guys who like to fuck pregnant women.  Definitely a niche market.

I think it was called "Hookers at the Point" and followed street walkers in the Bronx before sex work went online. They had a few follow up specials as well. One woman called herself the "head nurse" and would wear one of those cheap nurse costumes they sell at adult stores. She lost her teeth because she did too much meth. In one scene she bragged about her head game. She would give clients BJs and they would notice after the fact she had no teeth and they would remark "oh my god I just got a gumjob." The head nurse then said "little do they know I was always great at giving head even when I had teeth" or something to that effect. It was hilarious.
