I'm sure that this has been discussed, but.  Ever see a relative, former classmate, etc either as a provider or hobbyist and did not know them to be either?

Some KMPs and K-girls decline to see K-guys, especially if it's in an area with a large, close K community like the K-towns in NYC. They want to reduce the risk of being seen by someone they know. I don't know about west coast practices

About 5 or 6 years out of high school, I saw one of my classmates working as a street walker. I didn't approach her, but I remember thinking, "Damn, I always wanted to do her! I guess I just needed some money.

I am always a bit scared about running into a friend of my kids -- one reason why I try to limit my local meetings to women a bit older.  

for an agency I was sent to a bachelor party with a few other ladies.
When I got there I realized the best man who organized the party is my cousin's best friend.
Talking about awkward and uncomfortable he immediately pulled me to the side asking questions.
My cousin thought I was a stripper working at a strip club not an escort.His best friend told me he would not say anything to my cousin.He lied he told him and I had to come up with some kind of story.
I didn't stay at the party I left.

I ran into a cousin who was a stripper. This was years ago, and we were close to the same age but she wasn't a cousin I grew up with, so we didn't recognize each other. However after tipping her on stage, then having her sit at our table and buying her a drink, the conversation about where you are from etc., led to finding out that she knew my grandparents very well, and I knew her great grandparents very well. My grandfather and her great grandmother were brother and sister, so we were like third cousins, or second cousin once removed or something like that.  

I wouldn't say shit, she's gorgeous!

About 5 years out of high school one of the girls I went to school was there stripping. She was a year younger than I. We did really know each other in school so not sure she recognized me.

Just wondering when you are doing your screening, and this goes for any provider, at what point do you start to wonder if you know the potential visitor?  Also at that point, how often do you guys tend to tax your memory to say I know I know this person but you just can't place the person? At any time does a light come on and you figure out where you know this person from and cancel the appointment?  I am just trying to see what goes through your mind when you have a suspicion that you know this client from somewhere in your civilian life.

Because I mentioned it and they didn't know, I always look different  

I checked out the ladies at a Massage Parlour, and a lady who attended my high school was working there;  worse yet, I had a crush on her best friend in High School.  Needless to say, I postponed my visit for a few months.  Later I found out that she did not last in the biz very long.

I believe someone I went to high school with was on B***p*g* and ended up getting locked up for prostitution years ago. Not sure the details, since she deleted her facebook but she was hot in high school not so much during her prostitution days.

I did set a up a meeting with 'Gigi' who I knew and figured she'd know me, she was a friend of my sister-in-law (L). She knew me when she saw me but didn't bother her at all, in fact she asks me what my sister in law charged me? Never met L but would certainly meet up with Gigi again. Called her a while later and she tells me she's in a relationship so out of the business. I wished her well. Now she and the wife are friends on Facebook, go figure. Thank god for discreet providers as she was.

.... that rhymes with Batch I saw a women who I recognized from B***P*** as a rub & tug girl.  I reached out to her through the dating sight but she never responded.  A couple of months later I made an appointment with her since she was less than a mile from where I lived.  She recognized me and brought it up.  She started the ministrations of giving me signs that she would do the rub & tug but I just went through with the massage only.
