Asked to leave the premises . . .

I was talking with a provider who told me she has, several times, been asked to leave upscale hotels because management suspected her professional affiliation.

I was wondering how often this happens?

Some places can and will track your web access. Anyone accessing TER, dateckeck, eros etc toime after time after time will be asked to leave.

This is why god invented wireless cards :-)

I have been traveling for 10 years averaging almost 100 nights per year in hotels.  The whole time I have accessed TER, Eros and similar sites on hotel internet services.  Never been asked to leave.

More likely, if a female has lots of male traffic during the day, asks the maids for extra towels without tipping very well she could trip the hotel security radar.  Most hotels now have hidden cameras all over the premises these days, including the hallways on floors.  This has been shown is how they crack crimes against providers.

I think that if you tip the staff well and don't cause a security problem, most hotels will look the other way.  I would also recommend staying away from hotels in areas where crime is more prevalent since they would probably be more attentive to all types of possible criminal activity.  

For me, Hilton and Marriott properties could care less about what sites I look at on their internect connections.  I even invite providers to my room on occasion without issues.

But something tells me u are not attractive single female staying in same hotel for few days in a row and always having "do not disturb" sign on her door :-)

No one is allowed to track your Internet activity, telephone, etc., other than LE.

If you have evidence of this, you should sue them for invasion of privacy.

Don't know why TER doesn't have an encrypted https site. Very easy to do. Wish they would.

I'm not a lawyer but that I know enough to realize that is totally wrong.  If you using the hotels network they have the right to track the websites that you go to.  Whether or not they actually give a rat's behind is another question but they have the right.  You should have no expectation of privacy regarding your web activity if you are on anyone's network besides your own.

Any hotel or establishment that offers wi-fi certainly has the right to block sites for content.  If they do so they are tracking where you are going.  They don't have to know the particular page, or see what you are typing, etc.

Even the pages you go to will track where you came from and where you go next.

You have much less privacy that you think when you are on someone else's net.

You need to read up on your privacy laws. When it comes to most of these records these establishments have them ... excluding listening on your actual conversations.

Yup. Monitoring communication content is legislated. Tracking web usage is not. If this were the case Google would be in deep doo-doo.

A steady stream of gents going to a room at all hours and leaving a short time later might be a, hum, give-away?  For the sake of saftey, discression and added excitement, I always, always meet and have a beverage with my dates, then we go to the room together.  Also, I stay in upscale, busy hotels and don't see more than 2-3 people a day.  I dress in sexy-classy business like clothing and often carry a binder with me.  And yes, I have my own Verizon wireless modem.  Gotta be discreet and safe!

I think the cheaper hotels are more suspicious about their own guess and are more alert about the guess activities.

I knew a girl who always checks in at those 4-5 star hotels, and she normally has full day schedules for 1-2 weeks at a time.  She  did not seem to run into any trouble.

Not necessarily. I stayed at a very nice hotel, and the provider I seen was hassled when she left. She did an outcall to me. But because she was dressed nice, (not slutty) and was female, and at a hotel at midnight, she was assumed to be doing something illegal.

I stayed at a pricey hotel in Greenville once, and the young lady who came to see me said that the hotel clerk gave her the evil eye when she passed thru the lobby. When she left, 3 police cars pulled up and demanded her ID, what she was doing there, etc.  Turns out, the staff at this hotel was working with LE. They were known to report any female coming into the hotel who didn;t stay there, especially at late hours.
Nice view of women. Any woman who goes into a hotel, is dressed attractively is assumed to be a whore and gets the police called.

Using your own number to book your work number to book your reservation can get you googled very easily. A lot of times in bigger cities, the hotel staff looks telephone numbers up on the internet.
