Why do older guys wake up so early?

As with most providers, most of my clients are middle aged and older.

I also do a lot of overnight dates.  I've noticed that many guys who I spend time with wake up (for the day, not just for sex) before the sun comes up.  Like 4:30-5:30 am.

One time I woke up around 7am to find my client not only out of bed, but showered, fully dressed, and reading the newspaper in the dark waiting for me to wake up.

And the other night, another client started the poking at 4:30 am, and shortly thereafter, got up to get some coffee (didn't go back to bed!)

Is this an old guy thing, or .... what's going on?

are early risers, and some not. I stay up until 12:30 to 1 am on weeknights, and 2 to 3 am on weekends. Sleep until 8 during the week, 9 on weekends.

Maybe you've been doing overnights with farmers. ;)

2~3am is when I usually go to bed during the week.  4:30~5am once or twice a week, especially during weekends. I usually don't set an alarm either unless I have a (dreaded) early meeting to go to. rofl

I think we'll see the second cumming of some religious prophet before I sleep earlier than 1am the whole week.

Sometimes I pass out early after drinking more than I can comfortably handle, but that only happens once a month

Before I quit drinking, I'd stay up really late like that. Drove my ex nuts.

When my buddy and I went to concerts, we'd be up drinking until 6, 7 or even 9 in the morning. The last concert we did that for was the Stones in 2005. We sat in his car in front of my house and finished a case of beer between us. Neighbors were leaving for work at 7 am and we were still sitting in the car drinking, throwing our empty cans on my front lawn. My ex was thrilled.

Why give up drinking?  Health? Religious? Personal

89Springer1236 reads

Health and personal. It was interfering with the rest of my life.

Unfortunately, I was better at sex when I was drunk, since for almost all my life I was drunk when I had sex. Now I feel like a teenager fumbling about for the first time.

More of a mangina guy thing. If you stay here long enough you will read that many of the softer hobbyists post that they love to watch a girl sleep, eat, shop, etc.

Like you, I like to sleep in, so I never do the overnite thing unless its all OTC, but even then it can be problematic b/c you hookers can snore the wallpaper right off the fkin wall.

Imo, it's just so much better to see the girl at night and have her come back the next morning. Saves me a bundle of $ and again, the snoring thing isn't an issue that way

Skinny_Minnie:-)1162 reads

Actually, I've been told that my snoring is really cute!  Just light breathing type of snore.

JackDunphy1716 reads

You attract mangina's. They think EVERYTHING you do is cute, right? Of course they do.

Now don't get me wrong. If I were a hooker, I would want mangina clients as well. They tip, bring tons of nice gifts, always pay the highest rate they find on any of your ads, their nads are shaved exactly as you desire and wouldn't dare let you allow them to be GF'd in at your older rates.

Hold onto them like grim death! They will get you on the path to hooker retirement quicker than any 401(k) I know of

You don't pay for anything that doesn't entail getting your dick wet. You've made that abundantly clear. No need for the constant reminders.

I am sure a "where do I put my cum" or hooker threAD is on it's way soon to keep you entertained Tobster. Maybe even one of yours. ;)

Why does it have to be a mangina guy thing?  I get up for work at 7 every morning.  My body is so trained to that schedule that even on my days off with only a few hours of sleep, I still wake up at that time and have trouble getting back to sleep. To the point where I just say fuck it and get up.

He makes me look Luke a dream client. Bring it on Jack, keep stepping in the bucket, gotta love ya man, and to be honest it's fairly entertaining.

but I'm usually up by 4:30, a habit I started years ago to get long runs in, now I have a hard time sleeping much past 5:00.  Means I'm usually pretty useless by 10 or 11pm, but sunrises are awesome (as are morning shenanigans).

Hieronymus1122 reads

I think it's a case of just not needing as much sleep when you get older.  If I get 5 hours of sleep I'm good to go. If I go to bed at 11:00 pm I'm up at 4:00 am without fail. Try to get to bed about 1:00 am so I'm not up too early. The thought, or hope, of sleeping 8 hours is long gone for me. If I slept until 8:00 am I would consider the morning wasted. Just don't lay around in bed anymore, unless there is a good reason.

Probably because it's the only time they have any Peace and Quiet before the Wife starts yelling at them for the Day.

Divorce the bitch. I did, and what a stress free, drama less life it is.

It perplexed me why I let it go on as long as I did, and it perplexed me why guys stay with these women who do nothing but nag and tell them what they can do and when, and they don't even give up the pussy, and honestly wouldn't want them to do so anyway because they stopped taking care of themselves a long time ago

Fuck marriage, what a bullshit deal that is for a guy.

When you reach the point in your life when you can pretty much count how many summers you have left, time becomes more precious. Laying in bed alone isn't something I'll look back at fondly when I'm about to pass on.

Hi Skinny Minie,
I'm just turned 69 in May, I have worked all shifts and I am naturally a  morning person but, since I have retired I get up at all hours and can't sleep and it's miserable. I hate it, don't feel rested at all and have to be aware if I start to get grumpy as I'm not that way.

A few nights ago I was awake to about 1am, slept till 2 and got up until the next night. Not good at all.

Sleep well Ms Skinny Minie, :)
Bordello69

go for my morning 10k run.   You will like me much better after I've had my endorphin fix for the day -  I promise I'll shower before I so much as touch you :p

who knows why, but the answers on this thread are pretty f'n funny

...my experience growing up and later in life is older people don't sleep as well as they would like. I have heard them say this often. I am now 60 and I find I don't sleep as well as I once did. Many of us have physical issues that will wake us up. Continuing to try and sleep is an exercise in futility. When my back begins to hurt it won't let me sleep any longer so I get up. I'd rather sleep 'til 7 am at least but often am up at 5 or 6.  Older gents with enlarged prostates have to get up often to go to the bathroom. Enlarged prostate isn't one of my problems thank goodness. I work and work out regularly so it isn't lack of activity that causes my sleep problems.

There are those that are early risers of course.

One other possibility is excitement/anticipation due to an overnight with someone. Kids aren't the only ones that can't sleep when they are excited. There is also the consideration that they may not have shared a bed with a woman in some time and it takes some getting used to having another person in the bed. I often have trouble sleeping in a strange bed when I travel no matter how comfortable the hotel ads say their beds are.

Skinny_Minnie:-)1272 reads

Actually, my dad has told me that he has to get up and go to the bathroom a few times a night, so that must be the prostate problem you have mentioned.

And also, yes, the sleeping with a stranger thing.  I'm used to it and sleep good even if it's someone new, but I'm sure it's a little scary to think you'll accidentally pass gas or something in the middle of the nite.

You should switch places one day..

Our melatonin levels( the chemical that induces sleep), diminishes.  That is why we are so early to rise.

Is to wake up to a surprise BJ... But they fark it up when they wake up earlier than us!!

RussianWithLove1158 reads

How big of a surprise is it really since its a provider?   I mean its not like its your drunk mother in law who snuck into the bedroom while her daughter cooks breakfast.

RussianWithLove1015 reads

Yes.  Play it out for me.  We'll dress you up in  a flower gown with a side of depends.  Tobi can be in the kitchen although that sounds dangerous.

Drunk mother in law, yuck! I was lucky, my mother in law was awesome, but I sure as Hell wouldn't want to wake up to her sucking my Dick, I like blowjobs, a lot, but there are limitations.

Actually, last weekend I was woken up to a surprise BJ on Father's Day by my wife.  She woke at 5am and couldn't get back to sleep and I was sleeping nude withe covers off so she just went to town.  Now this is the FIRST time she's done this since before we were married 15 yrs ago.  I freaked out a little on waking but quickly got into it.  She stretched it out for over an hour till I was begging to cum.  CIM with hugs and snuggles afterward.  I offered to go down on her but she said, nope, today is your day.  We then napped another hour till the kids woke up.  If she did that more often I would hobby waaay less frequently if at all.  When she's on, she's awesome, but usually can't be bothered.  She has a 4-5 for looks but a 9 -10 for performance.  Only problems we ever had was frequency.

But honestly I don't think any woman should have to sleep with me, I snore like a bear, and especially when I've been drinking. Seeing that I'm a drunk, that's most every night, not every but more often than not.

I was going to take a provider to Vegas, but I was going to get her, her own room. I was going to ask her to lay in bed with me until I fall asleep and then she could leave to her room and get some sleep. But the thing I wanted most is just what you said Courtney, she could quietly slip into my room and wake me up blowing me, wow what a great start to the day!

That's one reason we get paid to sleep lol. (Honestly, overnights are less per hour.)

So. When are we going to Vegas?? ;)

You and I seem to be a great match based on your handle lmao

And you're right, we would make a good match, you are after all a professional, lol

Lol, that thread turned out pretty good. Lol.

I'd totally go. ;)

I have been getting up for work at 430am for over 30 years now, my body doesn't know any other time to get up lol

I'm in my mid 40's so not old per say, but middle aged.  Due to weight gain, high blood pressure meds and drinking alcohol late at night I am up in the bathroom by 3am or 4am urinating.  Niw usually I go back to sleep, but sometimes, I'm just up.  Considering I wake at 5am to go to work anyway whats the point of going back to sleep on a weekday?  Now on weekends I like to sleep in till at least 9am

but on weekends when I do my hobbying, I can't stay in bed past 7.

My mind and body just want to get right into it.

Also, I tend to wake early when I have a gal in bed with me because I'm looking forward to my wake up call.

maybeormaybenot1050 reads

if you want the technical answer.. the body loses melatonin ( which the body releases at nite time, which makes one go to sleep). over the years, the body produces less.  then your body gets use to sleeping with less hours and doesnt require as much hour

Skinny_Minnie:-)1133 reads

That makes sense.

When we're babies, we sleep nearly 24/7

When we're teens, we can sleep till noon or later.

As young adults, need 7-8 hrs

At middle age, maybe need only 4-5 hrs (which must be why my clients wake up at 4:30-5am)

And when you're elderly, you probably don't sleep much at all?

I believe it changes in older people and they tend to wake up early and nap in the afternoon.
