And it cost me $225 for my divorce. We split everything down the middle, she bought me out of my half of the house and split everything else. She did get the dog, damn I miss my dog. We didn't have kids though and she made similar salary as I did, so it was an easy break. I'll never re enter into that lose/lose relationship again. Nobody else will ever have access to half my portfolio or retirement, period.  

There is a guy at my work who is the better part of 75 years old (still working 5 days a week) and he's still working because when he divorced his wife, she said she was going to take half his retirement, he said "no you aren't because I'm not going to retire". So he's going to die out here, that's bullshit! Now I'll say that I think, like me, he's a work a holic and he does have a fairly cush job. But how sad is it that this man can't enjoy the winter of his life because some bitch wants to take half his retirement?  

I get that there are a lot of men that don't have the intelligence, work ethic, drive to excel in life financially, and those poor bastards are stuck having to marry some woman to get laid. If I had to date, enter into a relationship or even marry again to get laid it would be with women who I'm not attracted to. I'm a less than average looking man (not feeling sorry for myself, it's reality and it's ok because if we were all beautiful none of us would be beautiful). So, I'd have to settle.  

Fortunately for me, I have a friend, Benjamin, and he introduces me to hot women who want to make me happy sexually, but they don't want to hang around afterwards. Aint life grand? You gotta love that Benjamin guy, he's cool.

I have been here long enough now to see that it will never ever change and neither will the posters and 'their' ways. I guess sometimes it's just so mindboggling that it's hard to grasp. But it is what it is.  

But the truly saddest thing about all this, is you don't even really 'know' who the 'women' are here or their story because they will only ever be viewed as nothing more than 'hookers' to most of you here. But again, what should be expected, look at the mentality we are dealing with here.  

Btw, we'll see how long this post lasts. I can guarantee someone will be pulling it after reading it. If it stays, I'll be shocked. Truly. I'll be back in another week. Try not to knock too hard in my absence.

A husband and wife that stay together in a loveless marriage or even a marriage that they all but hate each other, because of the kids is hurting the kids more that helping them. IMHO. The kids pick up on the lovelessness and/or the contempt between the husband and wife and then they grow up thinking that's what the husband/wife relationship is supposed to be. Also, to some extent the husband and the wife resent the children (again to some extent) because they are stuck in the marriage because of the kids. Another contributor is that religious folks seem to think they need to stay together because of their religious charter. Wouldn't it make more sense for the husband and wife to split from each other and give the children, love and attention that they are wasting with the emotional toll of their loveless contempt of each other?

Once you get over the fact that she is ESL, there are some valid points made.  It may take a bit of time to figure them out, but they are there. And she has some interesting viewpoints worth checking out.  

As well as her reviews, they seriously pretty much rock.  Jesus. In my case it's not a lack of love.  It's a lack of respect I'd say, for my desire to have eroticism in my sex life.  That includes wearing lingerie and makeup and generally being 'interested' in sex.  And yes, other things such as CIM and DATY, and other mild S & M stuff.  Shouldn't someone who supposedly loves her man want to do that stuff to/for him if he wants it?

Suffice it to say she doesn't want to do that.  That's how most women are.  Even several providers on my other thread from the previous day attested to not wanting to do some things with their 'lover' that they do with clients.  

So what's a guy to do? Get divorced over that?  Throw an otherwise loving marriage out the window because she's not fulfilling my hedonistic desires (although the 'need' to have some of these sexual experiences to avoid going to the grave without having tried them strikes me as unacceptable)?  

Screw up the lives of the kids?  Have them lose their stability in life, not just their bedrooms and house, especially when they have other significant issues in life?  Fragment our financial nest egg?  Become a mild 'shame' to family and friends?  You paint the picture as though that's so easy to do in Europe and everyone's happy.  Somehow I doubt that.  So again, what's a guy to do?

The hobby is the easy answer.  It however carries with it the guilt of lying to and 'stealing' from the person you committed to and never thought back then that you could or would ever do such things to.  And then you justify that it's ok: society's rules are stupid, she should want to satisfy me, monogamy can't last without both parties actively suppressing facets of their desired happiness, etc.

And the risk of the public/professional shame, possible job loss etc. that keep the guilt/fear factor to a relative height that my hobby performance is not as succesful as I'd like it to be.

There are no good answers.  The more I try to encourage greater sexuality from her, the more it's met with revulsion and anger, etc. that it's best to just shut up and sneak around, although far less desirable.

So if anyone knows how to 'pimp' my wife of many years, share your secret.  I'll pay big $. ;)
