How to use the TER search function?

I also posted this question on the newbie board.  How can I search for a review if I don't know what city the provider is from?  Shouldn't a name search be good enough to come up with at least something?  The TER search function requires name and city but usually I don't know the city.  How to get around this?

But the function does not require name and city, you can choose to leave the city blank but given the commonality among provider names not sure what a list of 100 "Sarah" across various cities will do for you.

Phone number searchs are better and TER has an add on program you can download from the home page that will let you right click a phone number from a web page ad and find any TER reviews

Scroll to the top of the list of cities, and you will see a blank space.  Click that and the city will be blanked out.

That stumped me to at first.

There is also an "other" option to put in for the city if it is not one of the cities mentioned there.

Area Codes are another way to filter down to just the providers you want to find.
