I am not sure if any providers have seen the news about the new birth control pill. It is actually just a variation of the current pill that causes a woman to only have her period once every 3 months. The FDA has just approved it and it goes on sale in November. I can see that this might be a big advantage to providers who do not work during their period. It may also be a lot more convenient for women in general. Tme will tell if it is really neccessary for a woman's body to menstrate every month.
