What does it mean when the date and time are hi-lighted in red on a thread?

Never, if it's the date & time of a hobbyist-----

it means his time is UP.

It depends on your PC, but usually means the post on the "thread" has been read.

What does it mean when the date and time are hi-lighted in red on a thread?

After each name in a thread there is a Date and Time and sometimes it is Hi-lighted in red and sometime it is not. I know if the name is in red it's a Moderator, but what about the Date and Time only in red?
